I contacted CertaPro for an estimate on exterior house painting. Representative Steve Edwards and I agreed on a time and Steve confirmed appointment and arrived right on time. Steve carefully examined the exterior of the house and provided an estimate that was reasonable for two coats of paint. We agreed upon an approximate start date for the project. There was minor delay of a day or two due to rainy weather, and I was appreciative that the crew was flexible in their scheduling so that there weren't any excessive delays or rushes to beat the rain. The paint job was finished in a very reasonable amount of time and looked great. After a couple of months and rain/wind/snow storms, I have not seen any peeling or other signs of abnormal wear on the paint. Throughout the process the crew provided excellent communication, verifying and recommending color choices based on my home's construction and providing regular updates on their progress and estimated completion time. When the job was finished we did a thorough walkthrough to confirm that all work was completed to satisfaction. The quality and communication were great and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend CertaPro and will use them again in the future for painting.

They did this very quickly and professionally. The crew was very nice and cleaned up very well each day of the job. The one thing is that they did miss a few spots on the base of my (near where landscaping rocks meet the house) and sprayed over the the top of the faucet for my hose, which looks kind of weird. Other than that, it was a great job and I think the house looks fantastic. I would use them for other jobs in the future.

Our home looks amazing and revitalized! We finally have curb appeal! We had our siding painted a similar color to what we had - sort of a dark tan. We chose a clean white for the trim around the windows, the soffits and fascia. It pops and looks awesome. They also replaced some old damaged trim for us - and that turned out great as well! We couldn't be more satisfied. Everyone we dealt with was professional, prompt, efficient, friendly - the list goes on! We are so happy with the work they did that we plan to have them paint some of our interior now too.

Painters were on time, and professional. they allowed my kids to watch and even explained the process to them! They took great care to protect my furniture, and cleaned up when they were done. Work was completed very quickly and it really changed the look of the place! Couldn't be happier!
