About us

CB Services, LLC was created in 2008 seeking to provide quality outdoor services at competitive prices. With our leadership team’s combined 20 years of customer service experience (16 years in the green industry) including background in commercial and association maintenance we are seeking opportunities to expand our residential, commercial, and association client base. We are fully insured and registered members of the Minnesota Nursery & Landscape Association and the Snow & Ice Management Association. CB Services, LLC is locally owned and operated out of Maple Grove and continually looking for opportunities to expand our service portfolio and client base. We establish close relationships with our customers and property managers ensuring we meet all of our clients’ needs. At CB Services we believe that lawn care is not a commodity, it is a custom service which requires an understanding between the client and contractor to meet the client's needs and ensure the client and contractor are satisfied with the work.

There was not one time in two years that CBS didn't show up and get the snow removed so that I could get out of my long driveway. The service plan I bought last year was for the Winter ( 5 months) . In the past I had decided to pay per time. You can also pay per month. Ask for an estimate.
Description of Work: I have a 300 foot driveway. I contracted this past year for the year of snow removal. CBS was excellent. They sent out e mail notices ahead of storm predictions regarding their plowing agenda. They shoveled my sidewalk, sprinkled salt, and in the Spring did yard repair for any areas the plow might have ripped up. I felt I could rely on them to get me through the horrid snow winter we had last year. This was my second year with them. The first year I paid per time. They have an online bill set up which is convenient .
