It went fine. did what they said they would do. waiting to see about durability.

They did an okay job. They did what they said they would do. What I did not like was, they said that they could go around the piano, which they did, but it left marks I didn't like. I cannot use them again because we changed the floor.

Ran into a specific problem in our floor in terms of the coating that was previously on the floor which necessitated a 2 day appointment in order to remove the waxy build-up. The service personnel were extremely accommodating to the situation and responsive. The floors look amazing. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

David Varley came out to our home and gave us an estimate on doing our floors in a very timely manner. Within two weeks he scheduled the appointment to have our floors done. I am a very finicky person when it comes to my home and any home improvements that are done. Dave and Dean (the very nice gentleman that did our floors) accommodated our schedule and did our floors on a Saturday. Customer service is definitely their number one priority!! They assured we were pleased with the outcome of our floors before anything else. When I had a question about our floors the following day, our call was promptly returned. When I attempted to assist Dean in moving a piece of furniture (because I thought I was stronger than I truly am, and didn't think it was necessary for him to call David for assistance, and he wanted to) and I scratched the floor (the operative phrase being and quot;I scratched the floorand quot;) Dean came out the next day WITHOUT ANY COST TO US and fixed it. All said, I would hire this company any time in the future and I would recommend them to my closest family and friends. (And I have!!)

terrible, came to house ruined floors scratched, gouged, completely ruined, $2000 worth of damage! David Varley ruined my floor and will not call me back! DO NOT USE BUFF AND COAT!!!!!!!

there was no staining of the floor the gouges, that they said would be removed were not. the floor now has a uniform surface coat. I guess that we were looking for more of a more complete renovation of the flor with sanding, restaining and coating.

I had seen the product at a booth at the Mpls. Home and Garden Show some time ago, but never checked it out. I did remember the price seemed very reasonable. My twin daughters are graduating from high school and we wanted the house to look nice for their graduation party. Our house is 20 years old and NOTHING had ever been done with the wood floors - they looked worn and awful. I looked on Angie's List for wood floor refurbishing and came across Buff and Coat. They had excellent reviews and a price of only $1 per square foot. I contacted Dan Kobylinski, who handles the NW corner of the Twin Cities, on a Monday. He came out the next day to provide an estimate. We decided to go ahead and he did the work on Thursday. I came home and could not believe the difference! It looked better than it EVER had looked - just like new! No mess at all - he was very clean and you cold not tell he was even there, except for the marvelous floor. Dan was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did exactly what he promised. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt comfortable enough to leave him in the house alone. He was very conscientious and explained we could call him any time with questions or if we felt something required further attention he would be happy to stop back. Definitely an excellent bang for the buck and a great person to deal with!
