Exceptional service. Neil was very prompt in responding to my calls and emails. He was also very patient and willing to work with me in scheduling a time that worked for my busy family. They did an excellent job cleaning the windows and they were thorough, prompt, and very professional.

Neil called with an estimate and an offer to come the same day. I explained that our driveway was busy until later in the day. He and the crew showed up later. They were very professional. Did not interrupt our business in any way. They were done and gone within 1.5 hours tops and left no mess behind at all ! Will call them next year for sure !!

I appreciated that they came out to the house to give me an estimate instead of over the phone like the other companies. No surprises at the end about cost when it was time to pay. Very neat and respectful. A little higher in price than I thought it would be, but worth it. Arrived on time which was much appreciated. Would hire again.

They did a great job cleaning my gutters & down spouts. I called at noon and they came out the same day. They worked later in the day to get the job done. Price was very reasonable and the workers were very nice. I'm now going to use them for cleaning our windows. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent experience. Received a prompt call followed the same day with an in person bid. Neal was neat, friendly and professional. Low bid. Large 2 story home. Three staff arrived on the dot and worked neatly and quickly. The two young men with Neal were very polite and were thorough in their work. Would highly recommend and will use in the future.

I obtained four bids for our large 2 story home with old double hung window plus storms. Brightview was one of the lower bids and we selected them in part on cost but also because the estimator was the one who would do the work and not hand it off to a different team. They did a fantastic job, showed up on time, were professional and the bid matched the final cost with no hidden charges despite the fact that they did more paint cleanup on the glass than anyone had expected. The results were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Very Professional! They were the only ones that made an attempt to come out and give me an estimate in a timely manner. The others were trying to do it over the phone. They showed up on time. Their estimate was lower than the others by at least 15%. My neighbor went with a competitor and used a Groupon deal. She has almost the same identical house and paid 25% higher than we did. They wiped the sills. I love that! I Will and Would highly recommend! Andover, MN
