It was great! Kory and a young man called before they came, got the job done by early afternoon as proposed, and the price was reasonable for what I expected for the service (same as estimate). My house feels cooler upstairs and more even downstairs. A lot less humid and I can tell my air conditioner runs a lot less now. Thanks Kory!!

Made appointment; date and time were confirmed via email with name of estimator. Person did not show up or call. I called company twice the same day and left a message. It is now three days later and I have received no response to my phone message. Company was listed on CenterPoint Energy's rebate list. It should be removed from list for non-responsiveness.
