A to Z redid the tile (shower/tub/floor) and counters in our master bathroom and kids bathroom. They installed heated floors in the kids bath and were able to save the heated floors in our master. I can not recommend Val and his team more! They did a fabulous job and we are so pleased with the end result. Their quotes were fair, the job completed right on schedule and actually saved us a little bit of money from our expected cost. Val was easy to get ahold of and responsive to the few changes we made on the fly. We have already recommended A to Z to a few friends and would definitely hire them again.

Fantastic! I selected A to Z Contracting based on their superior reviews and while they were running a special on toilet replacement ($175 vs the usual $250). Could not have been more pleased. Corresponded with Val via phone and email while he was ON VACATION! He had a plumber, Vlad, to me within the week which was perfect timing because we supplied the toilet and it had to be ordered. Vlad was punctual, polite and very neat. He got to work right away. He also gave us advice on what to do with some bad shut-off valves. Most importantly, the new toilet looks and works great. Looking forward to using them again to deal with the valves & faucets.

We had a very difficult bathroom remodel that many other contractors wouldn't even touch. Val and the team at A to Z Contracting took on the challenge and delivered a bathroom exactly as we wanted it. Our remodel was extremely difficult, A to Z removed the tub, installed a curdless shower with heated floors, installed a wall hung toilet, installed a wall mounted faucet and vanity, and much more. Val was always available to answer questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. He worked with me on every minor detail, and built a bathroom even better than we had imagined. He even came back more than a month later to fix a minor issue. You simply won't find a better contractor in Minnesota.

Great! I bought toilets that were higher than those being replaced and it was no problem. A to Z quickly ran out to get a hose connection and we were done. Highly recommend and plan to reach out again.

Love my porch now! It is like out of a magazine. Roman was great to work with. His communication was great. I always knew when they were coming and if there were delays. Workmanship is excellent. My porch is like brand new. Definitely will work with A to Z Contracting again!

I would and hope to hire A to Z contracting in the future. We have an older home that we are working on, so I've dealt with several contractors over the last year and a half. Val and his team were by far the most responsive, on time, and did all work as promised. They did a fantastic job tiling my bathroom floors, entryway floor, and tub surround. Really beautiful work. They were always right on time, got the job done sooner than I had expected, and were very respectful of the house, cleaning up nicely after each day of work, since we were living in the house while the work was being done. Highly recommend.

We hired A to Z Contracting (Val-Owner to do a partial remodel of our master bathroom. Val and his team removed the old shower door and insert, replaced with a new tile shower and glass shower door. Additionally, they installed a new toilet, vinyl floor and faucets. From the very first contact, I was impressed. I sent in a request to be contacted by A to Z on a Sunday and they called on Monday to setup a time for an estimate, which was scheduled for that Wednesday. Val was very prompt for the first appointment and indicated he would have an estimate in couple of days, which he ended up sending that evening. I was impressed with the turnaround time from first contact to receiving my quote. Once we decided to hire A to Z to do the remodel, it was about 1 month out on the start of work. I was given a start date by Val and that was the true date that they started. There was never a delay in the schedule. This was very refreshing as I was expecting delays from past experiences with different contractors. Val gave me an estimate of total completion time of about 2 weeks and they were able to get all of the work done within 1 week. When Val and his crew were here, they worked hard (no sluffing on the job), they were very courteous, professional and easy to deal with. They have a high attention to detail and I know that the work completed will last the test of time. The work that they did was top notch and we love the results. We will definitely use A to Z Contracting again in the future for additional projects and would highly recommend them to others (in fact we have to other family members).

Great. Every commitment Val made he kept. He responded to every email in a timely fashion. He committed his team to the job steadily from start to finish. So many contractors work one job for a couple of hours one day, return a day or two later and work a couple more hours. Not Val. His team started the job on Monday and worked every day, a full day, until the job was completed on Friday.

I had four companies bid to replace my roof shingles. Roman from A to Z stood out from the rest. There was no high pressure sales, no "discounts" if you don't talk to the other companies, and he took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do. The crew that came out did an excellent job with the installation and let me know when they found an issue with my dormer roof. That issue was taken care of and by the time I came home from work it was like they were never there. The yard around the house was spotless. I'd highly recommend Roman and A to Z for any project.

It went great. We had an old spa and bathub and shower unit removed and had a traditional tub and shower combo installed. Val's workers were polite and worked hard and it shows. They did an amazing job and we are so happy to finally have the bathroom we've always wanted!

My experience with A to Z was excellent all around. Val was very timely in getting me the quote for the job and responded to all of my questions within 24 hours or sooner. A to Z did excellent work. They started on time and completed the job in about three weeks. Val did extra things like upgraded grout to make sure our beautiful bathroom wood last a lifetime. At the end of the project there were a few small details I requested to make everything perfect and Val got it all done to my specifications. We love our new bathroom.

Overall, Val and his team did a great job and I would hire them again. Val was prompt at communicating over email, and was able to answer all my questions. His team was consistently on time arriving at my home to work, and completed the job very quickly and with good quality. They retiled a shower completely, added a shelf with glass tile, and patched and painted some drywall that had been damaged.
