I got a call back within one business day after leaving a message. We got an estimate after providing details through email. The job was scheduled and completed within 14 days. Instructions for what we were expected to provide (tile + 10%, grout and edging) were clear. Work was performed quickly with professional results. Pricing was fair and within the estimate.

Working with Val and his crew was a pleasure, punctual, clean and quality work. Val's was always available to answer my questions and quick to provide good suggestions. It was great to know exactly what you are paying for. It seems with many contractors you can not really distinguish what you are paying for, labor vs product. This is not true wit company, you know exactly what you are paying for and they met their timeline! I would definitely recommend AtoZ Tile to others!

This will be the second time we have used A to Z Tile in the last 3 months. They did such a great job on our kitchen that we contacted them to remove our old linoleum flooring in the laundry room and replace it with tile. As usual everything went smoothly. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The price was exactly as quoted and we love the results. We will certainly use them again when it comes time to update our master bathroom!

We contacted Val through Angie's list based on the positive reviews that his company received. We were pleased with his pricing and knowledge of products. Our kitchen was in need of an update so we hired him to remove our laminate countertops and replace with granite, install a backsplash, and install new sinks in both the kitchen and laundry room. Everything went smoothly with no hiccups. His team was punctual and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and worked very quietly. We were very pleased with the end result and contracted with him to come back and tile our laundry room. We have no hesitations with recommending A to Z tile.

Val and his team were prompt and courteous. The price was reasonable and the work was very well done. They answered any questions we had along the way and provided top of the line service. Job began on Monday and was completed on Thursday. Val and his crew were very efficient, on-time and took care to keep the mess to a minimum.

Although it was a mess from all the demolition they were so careful about covering my wood floors, sealing up my closet and did everything possible to minimize the construction dust. Every night before they left they totally cleaned up including the garage. They were all very professional and easy to work with. Val was very helpful from the start to finish. The bid of $2800 for the job was exactly what I paid when the job was completed. His team showed up on time every day, tidied up every night, and left my house better than they left it. The shower tile looked so good, and they were so pleasant and easy to work with, that I've already re-hired them to tile my bathroom floor next week. Highly recommend Val and his team. Spectacular job. I am very late with this review but better late than never. Val and his team basically created an entirely new master bath for us. We previously had vinyl floor with a fiberglass shower stall. Very old and ugly. We provided the tile (from Tile Shop using Val's discount) and the shower door. They did the rest. Not only did they do a perfect job installing the tile but Val helped us with the design which I am very happy with. They completed all of the work in a week with multiple guys working at the same time in one bathroom. All worked hard and fast. They were punctual at all times too. After it was all done we couldn't have been happier. Love the design, love the tile, and love the heated floor! I've spent the last 6 months plus looking for things that were less than perfect and I couldn't find anything. I have not seen a better tile job in my life and I would surely use them again for any more work in the future. I've used other tile people in the past and have always had a few complaints with the work they did (poor workmanship, etc.). No such complaints with Val and his guys. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys for your next project.

Val and his team were great. We were on a really tight schedule and Val was able to come out the next day and look at the project. He was able to fit us in his schedule and was always on time and were great to work with. They were very responsive and explained the whole process very well. We love our tile floor! They did a great job. We had Sergei and Dimitri install our kitchen backsplash. We have some rental properties and i have had similar work done and i am familiar with the process. As per experience i can confidently say these guys are a lot more detailed and patient than the others, and as a result put together a great backsplash for us. Will hire them in future for other projects.

Everything looks like new. I was most happy that the tiler understood, that I wanted the grout to be somewhat subset, so that the detail of the floor was shown to advantage. They have an eye for quality and pleasing the customer. There was a minor glitch with the replacement of the shower glass, which was quickly remedied when A to Z was contacted. They made sure that this was taken care of, to our complete satisfaction. Everyday they laid down drop cloths from the front door and up the stairs to the job site. When they left each day, you couldn't tell they had even been there. I will definitely have more jobs for them to do!

Val and A to Z is amazing! I emailed them on Saturday morning. They replied over that same weekend, and he set up a visit for the next Monday.... two days after I emailed on a weekend. He was here at 7:00am Monday morning. Can you believe that? He is courtesy and wrote estimate. We engaged him, and he came that same week on Friday. Arrived on time. Did requested work and additional grouting that was not expected nor included in original estimate. He also didn't charge additional for the additional work. Amazing customer service and excellent craftsmanship. I will not use anyone else for this type of work. Use this firm! They are the very best!

I called A to Z to get a quote to have my kitchen backsplash tiled. Val had me email him some photos of the areas to be done and quickly replied with an estimate. Two days later his crew was working in my kitchen. They did an amazing job while keeping my kitchen clean. They laid down floor covering and swept up when they were done.

The guest-bath shower walls were taken down to the studs, replaced with cement board and then retiled. A clear tempered-glass door was installed. The cleanup was thorough and all the demolition debris was hauled away. The job was begun as scheduled and completed on time in spite of some unexpected plumbing problems. Val and his dad were most accomodating and their work is exemplary. I would recommend them without reservation. The price included all labor and materials including those of the sub-contractor. We were very very pleased with Val's work. Our old tub had started leaking just before our house was scheduled to go on the market. Val accommodated our tight time schedule. He communicated timing , scope , and price very well. No surpirses. The work was excellent ! He will be our first choice next time we need work done.
