Val is one of the most responsive contractors I've worked with. Always got a call, email or text within a few hours. Tiling work and recommendations were on spot. The daily workers were prompt, friendly and did great work. I would definitely use them again. Very pleased with the outcome.

We hired A to Z to fix our shower floor and they did an awesome job! They gave us a quote over email and did all the work as they said they would. Two guys showed up and were very polite and took their shoes off right away without being told and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again!

Val came out within 2 days of contact and the work began 2 days after that. Great timing! The tile work was done very well and it looks amazing! Our only hiccup was the guys who tiled forgot to caulk around the base of the tile to the tub, which caused a small crack by the time we noticed it was missing. Val was very responsive when we found the problem and sent someone out right away to remedy.

I am so pleased how my shower was done.. Val did an excellent job designing it and the crew did such nice work. I am so happy how it turned out... it completely updated my bathroom.. it looks absolutely beautiful.

The crew arrived on time and worked very hard (about 5 hours) cleaning and re-grouting our tub area and toilet area and other bathroom areas. They were very friendly and professional. Our bathroom had nasty mold on the old grout, now it looks perfect.

AtoZ Tile did excellent work and we are very satisfied with the quality. I was concerned with the shower pan in particular but they proved to be craftsmen when it comes to tiling. They were prompt, clean and had a great demeanor. I would recommend AtoZ Tiling to others. Also of note - Val is part owner of Hopkins Glass and Shower Door so I entertained a quote from them and ended up choosing them. The new glass shower door looks fantastic too!

It went very well. The bathrooms are both beautifully tiled. We have used A to Z three times now and never been disappointed. Excellent quality at an affordable price, as long as you are willing to do the necessary project planning (buying the tile, buying the new tub, etc.)

This is the second time we have used this company for tile work. They are top notch!! Val the owner is easy to communicate with, always returns emails, texts and calls. Serg and Demetri did the work and they were fantastic! This company is very customer focused! We will only use them for our tile needs!

Val and his team did a wonderful job. I could not be happier with the work performed. I was able to provide the vanity, counter, cabinet, sink & shower fixtures, toilet, light fixtures, all tile and accessories. The Tile Shop even gave me Val's contractor discount which saved me $600 A to Z provided all labor and additional materials. They came in on a Monday, I went out of town for the week and came home to a stunning new bathroom.

I communicated with Val online. He was very prompt in answering my questions and in scheduling a time for the work to be done. Val had done tile work and minor remodeling of my bathroom several years ago and I was very pleased with the results. Val's crew showed up on time, fixed the stone and grout and sealed everything afterwards. The area was as clean when they left as it was when they got there. The job was done perfectly and the stone was sealed better than it had ever been done before. I, again, am very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the crew and the quality of work done.. I will certainly contact them in the future if the need arises.

Val was able to give me an estimate via email - I sent him a few pictures of our kitchen and he provided an estimate. Val's estimate was substantially less than the other company we considered for this project, and after reading A to Z's good reviews on Angie's List, we decided to proceed. The backsplash installation went well and we are happy with the result. We definitely feel that we received a good value for our money. I would hire A to Z again.

Val responded to our email within minutes and setup a time to look at the problem. He came as scheduled, looked at the issue and went to Home Depot to procure the part( one of the "flanges" on which the toilet unit "sits" was broken). The fix went smoothly ( it was easy) - but what was rare was the exceptional customer service for an issue 2 years AFTER the original remodel effort. I personally have not experienced such prompt, responsive attention to a customer's needs ...it is heartening to note that providers like Val who value the customer still exist. Val would not take any money for his effort - for him it was "all part of the job" - and this shows the immense pride he takes in his work.
