 + -1 moreInstall went great, they worked with us to get the a/c replaced (at our request) prior to the full furnace install, but followed up immediately within the next couple days to complete the rest of the installation. Couple notes: emailed questions and received complete and timely answers. Quotes received from other vendors assumed utility rebates to offset cost where Liberty was the total out of pocket. Liberty registered the products for warranty and filled out and provided the documentation for utility rebates and tax consideration. I thought they were great. Upgraded from 60-85% efficiency to 96% 2-stage heating and ECM blower.
Description of Work: WASKO Heating & Cooling is now Liberty Heating & Cooling. Our central a/c could only keep 7-8 degrees below the temp outside. We had the original HVAC that was 20y old and decided to replace both. We received quotes from three different contractors. Liberty took the longest to provide a quote (nearly a week), but they had the best price and install availability.
