+ -1 moreI fixed the problem before the technician arrived, called and cancelled the service. Technician showed up, I informed him that no services were needed, he left. A month later I get a $100 bill for the visit. Called them to discuss the matter and they said there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend Thorset to anyone, there are plenty of better options out there, bypass this one. You are welcome.
