Description of Work: This provider did not return phone calls, poor communication. Told me several times he was calling to set up installation and did not. Then a truck showed up to install. He became very angry when I told him I was getting another quote from another person. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Could never get a hold of this woman. We did call several times to set up install and she was never available always went to voice mail. When she finally returned calls, installation was set up. We arrived onsite and she stated that she was going with another company. It was obvious that we were used to design the job and then she shopped around and found someone to do it for less.
