+ -1 moreiAt 3 a.m on Saturday morning, the cold water in pipe on my water heater blew. Thank goodness for the alarm I had in the sump. Anyway, I called at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning and he was here in an hour. I'd already shut off the water. We talked money and options, and I decided to buy a heater myself (old one was bad) at Home Depot and have him install it. He got here when he said he would, did the job well, and carted away the old heater. He took care not to get anything dirty and was a pleasure to talk to. Half of getting to be an adult is knowing what you can and can't do yourself. After watching him work, I'm glad I didn't try it myself. He charges by the hour and is very reasonable, especially if you go get the parts and so on and maybe take some things apart before he shows up. I highly recommend him.
