I had two other plumbers come to fix my sump pump. Both times my basement flooded within months after they left. A friend told me about MRI...I called them and within days my sump pump was fixed properly and my basement has been dry ever since... They are the best..

They are absolutely incredible. I would refer them in a heartbeat. They have fixed numerous things with my air conditioning and also redone my whole furnace room. They've done everything I've needed them to do to fix things. I recommend them highly. They are very reasonably priced. They depend on customer service as their No.1 priority. They are fabulous. The last time they came out they did work for two hours. I was so grateful to the person who recommended me and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They are a good Christian company. They really care about customers which I really appreciate in a company. They even got me in earlier than anticipated. They said that they had a really busy schedule and they weren't sure if they could get to me till like 4 o'clock. They actually were able to work me in so I got my stuff fixed like 10 o'clock in the morning which was great. It was one of those hundred degree hot days but they found the problem and fixed it. They kept calling me, kept in touch and let me know about the progress.

Called Pat, very pleasant, honorable, prompt, willing to help, a family man, a christian. Work and crew were exceptional, prompt, and did really great work. They fixed a/c on the hottest day of the year. They noticed another issue and fixed it. I hired them for a larger project and will be continuing to use their service. A friend and her mom had used them in the past. They referred me and I will exclusively with them from here on out. I can't say enough about the phenominal service I received. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing, a/c, furnace services etc. AMAZING COMPANY!Thanks Mechanical Resources INC for all your help.

We had a 3 year old water heater that was installed by MRI and it started leaking. The water heater was covered under warranty but not labor. They came the same day that I called them and replaced the water heater and were gone within 50 minutes. We were shocked by the bill were received for $268. I assumed I would pay the service call fee to get them here and that usually covers the first 30min to 60min if labor. They billed me for 3hrs labor because they said both guys logged 1.5hrs and that is faster than a usual water heater replacement. Also got billed $43 for fittings and a shut off valve on the output of the water heater( there was already a shut off valve on the input, they didn't install this valve on the output 3 years ago when they put the water heater in new so why did I need the extra shut off valve now??). Also after they left I noticed the pipe coming from my softner that goes to the water heater was pushed way over and touching the inlet of my softner which was putting much stress on my plastic valve on the back of the softner. After a call they came out the next day and fixed this problem
