They never contacted me.

They were quick and did a great job. They cleaned up everything. I have zero complaints. I was very happy. They did everything they said they would do. Everything they put on their quote was exactly what they did and the price on the quote was exactly what they charged me. I would tell others to definitely use them. I trust them.

I contacted Landshapes to get some work done cleaning up landscaping around my house. The gentleman who came by was quite pleasant and promised to get an estimate to me in the next couple of days. I called repeatedly over the next couple of weeks to find out when I would receive the estimate and he initially said he had forgotten about it. Finally, he did not respond to messages and I called someone else, unfortunately so late in the season that it was difficult to get the work done before the snow fell. If Landshapes hadn't wasted my time, I could have gotten the job done and still had time to clean up after the clean up. If they were not going to do the work, why not simply say that?

The trimmer forgot to call before arriving, but he was very polite and professional and did a nice clean up. At my request (and with a modest tip), he happily cut and set aside a large stack of the wood for my neighbor. They have yet to come back to finish the job: grind out the stump and clean up, and then cover the area with black soil and grass seed. But the utilities markers went up recently and the owner said they would have the whole job done before the snow.

It was good. They were on time and within my budget. I will have them back this year for more trimming.

I did not get the common courtesy of a response after our initial contact seeking a quote for their services. Due to a lack of response, I will not recommend their services. Even a "no" would have been appreciated. I could have been contacting other companies to do the job I have in mind.

I have two LARGE maples in my backyard that were overgrown, in the neighbors yard, and on my roof. Also have a very large pine in the front that needed major trimming of 4 large branches. Called for an estimate, and he was there within a day. He gave two estimates, one would clean up the trees from top to bottom rather than just cut off some lower branches. Because of where my trees were located, it would have to be done by hand. No truck. Estimate was fair. He also pointed out some issues with some holes in my trees that I could easier fix myself to preserve the tree longer. (Squirrels were bur-roughing inside the tree, weakening the tree.) He also told me about a company coupon that would save me almost $50. Took about a week after I scheduled the service for it to be complete. Took them about 3 hours to do all the work. Clean up was decent and the sent me the bill. They forgot the coupon, but I attached a note to the full payment asking it was possible to still get the discount and they sent me a refund for that amount within a week. I appreciate that in a business. Overall good experience and would recommend them to others.

These guys were great from start to finish! The tree removal crew had the 25 foot apple tree down and yard cleaned up within an hour. Wow. The fence crew battled rain all day but did a very professional fence install. The terminal posts were cemented in and the line posts were air driven four feet down. The fence looks great!!

I called and within a few days the tree was inspected. An estimate of $300 for all work, including removal debris, was given. In less than a week, the tree was trimmed and all work was performed satisfactorily. Communication was good, the work was done without incident or disturbance of the neighborhood, and the price was fair. The only evidence that they were even there was a few wood chips on the ground. Mankato Landshapes was highly recommended by a neighbor, and I will definitely employ them again in the future.

They did great work on the retaining walls and we are very pleased. The work performed to change the grade of the lawn was good however, there was not a sufficient amount of black dirt used to reestablish a healthy lawn. The work done to the borders was unacceptable and needed to be redone. To their credit, they continued to work on it until we were satisfied.

They were wonderful. They came early from when they originally thought they'd be able to get started on the job.

They were able to start work earlier then expected. The workers were prompt, hard working and did an excellent job. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Todd who was prompt at getting us the estimate and working with our needs.
