Description of Work: Problems with leaking toilet stemming from problems with original construction. Jerry's did a great job that reduced cost and trouble had we had to re plumb the basement bathroom.

+ -1 moreHad a previous not so great experience with another plumber and this was so easy. Told me what they thought was the problem over the phone and that's what it was. Faucet working great and although the handle was old and needed to be replaced, they found a similar knob. I did not have to replace the entire faucet.
Description of Work: Replaced a cartridge and new Faucet knob.

+ -1 moreThey were very helpful in telling us procedures to do prior to a plumber coming to your home. One of them worked and we did not require am in home service call. That saved us lots of money and when needing a plumber we will definitely call them.

+ -1 moreIt went great! I received a consultation over the phone that saved me money because the vendor refused to do unnecessary service!
Description of Work: It's not what they did, it's what they DIDN'T do. I called because I was worried about some plumbing issues with one of my bathrooms. When I described the problem in full, they actually recommended I hold off on having someone come out because there wasn't a whole lot they can do until more symptoms arise. They could have easily come out on a service call, charged me $100 to tell me the same thing, but they didn't do that.

+ -1 moreService was for apartment we own. When I call Roger and Steve, I give them phone numbers for our tenants. They contact tenants to set up service time, and take care of any problems we incur. Then, they send us a bill. Their services are very reasonable, and they can generally take care of our problem within a day, or two (faster, if it's an emergency!)

+ -1 moregreat- I called them with the problem of a leaking water heater. they wanted to be sure I had stop the water from any additional leakage and then came over in less than an hour. The work they did was quick, left the area very clean and were skilled at the job.New what had to be done to get a good new heater to fit in the old spot. Works perfectly

Description of Work: I had a pipe joint leak under a bathroom sink. I needed it fixed quickly. They came out that morning and did the job. They also worked with the shelving to make sure the replacement parts still worked with my existing sliding drawer.
