 + -1 moreMouseworks reinstalled Windows but refused to use the product key that was used from installing it in my college computer class. They used spyware and adware programs on my computer, which they never uninstalled. They created another user account on my computer because they didn't think I should be in the administrator account on my own computer and they "reattached" my "My Documents" folder to my C: drive. I had to delete the spyware and adware programs they installed and the new account that I DIDN'T want or ask for. Because of this additional account I now have and am unable to get rid of several extra folders on my C: drive and my "My Documents" folder now shows in 2 places. .. I'm glad that I can now use my computer.. but I am not happy with the "extra" things did without my permission.
