Handy Andy's Basement Solutions

We have used them a couple of times. There is nothing really that I did not like about them. They were really quick and they came in when they made the appointment. The complete basement was done within two weeks and two days. They were competent. Everything was done as arranged and there were no issues, and I got the solution that I was looking for. I liked their quality of work and was satisfied with them, though they were a little pricey. They were really responsive and were willing to come over to give me an estimate. They were real professional. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Andy was prompt and pleasant to work with. I could tell he had experience with basement waterproofing. He told me that he used to work for a larger waterproofing company before starting his own company. I had 6 other waterproofers estimate the job. I chose Andy because of his experience but also because I was dealing with the owner and the person who was going to actually do the work, not just a salesperson. The crew worked fast and everything was done in a couple of days. They hauled away all the rubble and were careful not to damage anything or get anything dirty in the process. Andy accommodated us by doing some extra jack hammering for some plumbing that we wanted to do. He also put in new basement windows and window wells for us. I've already recommended him to 2 people. Andy got a merchant account just so we could pay with a credit card. Talk about going the extra mile!
