Description of Work: I called Guaranteed Electric Service based upon a family recommendation, and was provided with a cost estimate by Marty. Unfortunately, due to the age and size of my home, we ended up going way over that estimate. The project took three times as long as planned, but it wasn't the electrician's fault. He did an amazing job-our house was determined to make it much more difficult for him to perform his work! The electrical work they did is great. We had one complication during inspection, but he was out to fix it immediately. | |They are more expensive than other electricians, but I have to say that I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat. We had a different electrician work on a bathroom remodel, as that electrician was recommended by our contractor. He was not nearly as good-he was messy, his communication (calling to notify us when he would arrive) was poor, and he was often late. That was never the case with Guaranteed Electric. They call to make sure you're home, they arrive when they say they will, and they clean up after themselves. Very professional, which is much appreciated. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Installed fire detectors; removed lighting fixture.

Description of Work: Had them install a new bath fan and light (not replace actually run new wiring and install switches) in the bathroom. Had them install brand new exterior outlets (one in front and one in back of house) and install a new light and switch (new wiring here too) on the back of the house. I also had them clean up a bunch of wiring that was hanging thru the ceiling in the basement from a wall we removed -we had them re-route all the outlets and switches.
