Very professional, easy to work with

They were very accommodating when making the appointment. The service man called before he came to let me know he was on his way. He was on time. He was conscious about not damaging anything or getting anything dirty. He listened to my concerns. Asked questions. Took his time and did a thorough job. When he found the problem he showed me what was wrong and explained it all so I could easily understand it. He laid out my options and the costs. He had the fan I needed on the van so a second call was not needed. The service man who was here was positive, thorough, organized and made sure I understood what he was doing. He suggested and explained how to do easy general maintenance I should do during the year to maximize the efficiency of my fireplace. He also asked a couple times before he left if I had questions and reiterated that if I had any problems or questions later to let them know right away. I will definitely use Glowing Hearth & Home in the future.
