Brent was persistent in getting back to me even though I missed his return calls several times. He scheduled the cleaning in the time frame I needed and was on time. He worked hard and efficiently. Most importantly, the carpets were very clean. He even made a difficult red paint stain nearly disappear even though previous carpet cleaners hadn't been able to touch it. I was very satisfied and will definitely use his company again.
