Complete Tree Care & Landscape

I contacted the company via their website and requested a quote. The owner responded promptly and agreed to come to my home the following Friday afternoon. I took time off of work to be home to meet with him regarding my quote. He did not show up and did not contact me to cancel or reschedule. We later communicated via email and he promised to send me a quote that same day. This was over a month ago. I have not seen or heard from him since. If I have to beg a company to give them business, I consider that a big red flag. Customer service and professionalism are important, and Complete Tree and Landscape failed miserably on several occasions.

The first time I called, my call was returned two weeks later. I explained what work I wanted done. The employee came out to the house, and took a look at the tree. I showed him where the large arm fell off into the alley behind the house. He stated that the tree would need trimming, and that was that. They would contact me. I got to really be concerned about another large branch coming down, especially over the house, so I called again and inquired about if maybe it needs more than a "trimming". I was told that they were unaware of any large arms falling off, after I had shown and explained this to the guy that came to inspect the tree. I was told that somebody would come back out to the house to look at the tree again. Nobody ever came back to look at the tree. I waited almost three weeks. I called again to ask if they were ever going to come back to the house, and my call was never returned.

I can call him any time I need tree service done. He is excellent. He does not have expensive equipment, but does wonderful work. I have known him for years, so I use him.
