not well....little info provided.. waste of money

The tech who came out (I wish I could remember his name! He was excellent! Steve?) listened carefully, and offered a solution. I felt like the solution offered would be a "Band-Aid fix," and I chose to forego that suggestion. The tech was at my house for almost an hour and he was very thorough. Even though I chose not to use the suggested fix, the tech took pictures of my crawlspace and foundation to show to others at the shop. He called me two days later and said that they wouldn't be able to help me because my issue was beyond the scope of what they could fix. The company recommended that I get in touch with a foundation specialist. Really, really nice people, honest, and they didn't charge me for the visit or follow-up. I can't say enough about the great experience I had with these folks.

It was fine. The price was okay. I think they could have done a little more thorough inspection.

A tech came out and examined the house for settling. I am concerned about that because there is a crack in my kitchen ceiling. He inspected the inside of the house and did some measurements and leveling in the basement and found no settling. To deal with the excess moisture in my basement, he recommended a powerful dehumidifier. However, I already have one, so I didn't buy one.

I was not very happy with the fact that they were providing services that we're not really needing. The advertisement was about being able to help people with problems with foundation assessment or inspection. I was looking for someone who can actually help me to potentially redirect certain pieces of concrete for my foundation. They were a company focused on providing basement solutions. The actual advertisement was not accurate in terms of the deal. I paid for a quote and that wasn't very cool. They're professional.

The installers were very professional and cleaned up after they performed the work. Informed me what had to be done over the time to pull in the blocks to make the wall even.

Very good. Very professional. Kept me advised on when they would be arriving and who would be representing them. Thorough analysis of my project and prompt estimate.

It was informative and very thorough. Recommendations were made, but we did not feel pressured to buy anything beyond the service we purchased through Angie's List. We will follow up with the recommendations and we would definitely use this service gain.

I bought a big deal for this service and it did not turn out so good. I don't think they delivered what was promised.

We were very impressed with the quality of the product, the installation, and especially the installers and the salesperson we talked with. They were extremely knowledgeable about the products, helpful, and personable. Everything was done on time, there was little to no dust left in our basement(even after they jack-hammered through our concrete floor). We would definitely use them again for any basement drainage work.

He was prompt and even checked my sump pump operations (not a part of his normal inspection. Then he quoted a price for water problem abatement, but showed great integrity by saying if my garage drain was taking care of the problem I was only occasionally having, he didn't think the bigger job was necessary. How refreshing !!

Great experience. Salesman very Thorough- have bid while in our home. Follow up calls were made, guys came and went right to work. Did a great job on deadline, what we would need to do to finish project.

They didn't do anything. I bought a ticket for an inspection and what I needed done was not something that they specialize in. They were able to give me some advice and stuff like that but that's as far as it went.

They were extremely professional. They actually arrived a bit early and called before to let us know. They explained in thorough detail all our options. Patrick was really knowledgeable. I didn't feel we were being pressured for a sale. We will definitely consider them in the future.

Let me begin by saying I never had Water Basement Systems come out to the house BUT everything leading up to them coming out was very professional and informative. The reason I cancelled the appointment was because we discovered it was a plumbing issue. After scheduing an appointment, they sent out a dry basement book and full page profile of the individual that was going to be coming to my home. I was really impressed with the whole process of scheduling which may not seem like a big deal buy of the other Providers I contacted to get an estimate WBS was by far the easiest to work with. On top of all the information provided prior to the actual meeting I was overwhelming impressed with their thoroughness. They even had a recommendation for a water clean up service if I needed when I called to cancel my appointment. I will definitely call them again if I need them and will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of their service.

Patrick the rep was friendly and helpful without pressuring. The crew was friendly, cleaned up after themselves and efficient. we are still having a small issue that Jim came out to address.

The crew was on time and finished faster than anticipated. Was very polite and did a great clean up job.

I could not be more thrilled or thankful that I called this company. The team of three guys who came to my house were exceptional. They got to work right away and worked all day for three days straight, encountering a few issues along the way and taking care of them promptly with a friendly attitude. I think the issues they encountered caused them to have to work on my basement much longer than they anticipated, but they never complained and just smiled. The foreman, I think his name was Cody, just smiled and said he liked to make sure everything was done correctly - that he was a perfectionist. Well they certainly are! I think very highly of the service and people, and I can't recommend them enough for basement projects - they really did a fabulous job!!! Two thumbs up for sure.

They were on time. System seems solid. Clean up crew did a poor job and did not communicate well. Make sure to be there to inspect clean up before they leave. Also, they left doors and windows unlocked when they left. And they demolished of my locks for no reason.
