They did a great job. In addition to the sump pump pipe we asked them to bury an additional pipe and they did this for an additional cost which we felt was very reasonable. They guys were great and it looks really good.

The problem was immediately corrected, and they did everything very quickly and made the whole process very smooth. Salesman was 30 minutes late for his appointment. Tried to sell a complete drain tile system when all that was needed was to repair the crack in the basement foundation. Said they didn't do many crack repairs and would warrant their work unless a complete drain tile system was installed. The basement already had a drain tile system and the only time water got into the basement was from the crack. Sump pump has not run and when inspected was found to be dry. Service was schedule to repair the crack. Service team was over 2 hours late to the appointment and called 12 minutes prior to the original appointment time to advise that they were going to be late. Upon arrival, the service team quickly got to work and commented that this was one of the most common repairs they do? (Not what the salesman told us?) The service team cleaned out the crack and exposed the drain tile system and tested the drain tile by pouring a 5 gallon bucket of water which quickly flowed away and into the sump pump...no issues and the current drain tile system was functioning quite well, no need to completely replace it. Service team apologized for being late and did an outstanding job. Other than the self serving salesman and the service team being over 2 hours late, the quality of the work was excellent. Sales should understand what the customer wants and truly needs vs trying to push a product or service that is unnecessary. Also, stand being your work! You have an excellent product and it works! Don't let poor communication ruin your business and your reputation.

Came went right to work and were very steady.

It went very well. Al, the technician, called when he was on his way (he called right at the start of the 2-hour window I had set aside) and arrived before he said he would be there. He was courteous and professional throughout, replaced the pump and was on his way within about 45 minutes. Before leaving, he offered some advice on what to do with the discharge line, a couple of bad windows in my basement and a concrete block wall that shows signs of distress.

The team was professional, answered all of my questions and concerns and did a fabulous job. They all worked very hard and my basement was finished in 2 days. I hope to never have this issue in my home again, but I am very pleased with the job Complete Basements did and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing basement work.

It went well. Although we have not seen the new system in action as we are in winter, but the install staff was awesome, efficient and clean.

I have been a customer for many years. The customer service is the best! Nate has helped me with many issues at my home. He knows the products and can solve any problem I have. Everyone that has been in my home has been polite, professional and neat. They keep everything cleaned up. They are very hard workers! I would recommend this company to everyone!

Complete Basement Systems was knowledgeable and honest. I do believe I received the best sump pump system money can buy. The gentlemen who installed it were courteous, although loud at times (and even fighting among themselves for a brief moment). I had questions for the team when they arrived and they were able to answer them and provide timely advice that helped a lot with my decision process. If I had to add on to the basement waterproofing in the future, I will use them again.

We've had a 3+ inch and 2.5 inch rain and no water on the floor. After years of wet vacuming water out of the carpet in our fully finished basement (2 bedrooms, full bathroom and a large family room). We may have found our solution!

The sales up presented a detail of work needed to resolve the water issues in my crawl space a complete proposal was provided and the job was completed. We stayed within budget.

Though it was my fault son not realizing the importance of the job, we decided to do the rest of underground crawl space. Though some cement needed during time I would have preferred it finished all at one time. It is our 3rd wait. I’d never do it in winter again.

When you call them, they are always friendly and helpful. They follow through if you have any concerns or questions. Their service is a little bit pricey but we're willing to spend the extra money for peace of mind.
