Description of Work: Bought the angie's list special and within a half hour received a call to set up the appointment from a lovely customer service rep. Very kind, very informative and explained the whole process of the appointment. After the phone call same day received information by email confirming everything and further explaining the appointment. Was refreshing to get so much knowledge ahead of time and knowing what to expect. On the day of appointment received call before he came out confirming appointment and process went so smoothly. No pressure, just gave lots of good information about our problems and the solutions, offered lots of options. When we sat down and worked out the numbers, there were lots of ways to make it affordable. We chose to not do the work at that time, no pressure to do it later, just printed us out a copy of estimate and said it was good for 6 months. We will most likely do at a later date when we can afford it. Estimated about 10-13,000 to do everything. (put in drainage system, straighten walls and support walls, and water barrier, sump pump, and whole house dehumidifier was part of bid). The guy was very friendly, very professional, and I will definitely have them do the work when we can. They even offered financing, which was very reasonable, but we prefer to pay in cash for services and don't want to pay interest. Absolutely the easiest service appointment process I have ever gone thru and absolutely no pressure to buy. (unlike a lot of other companies that say they won't and then pressure you to anyway). I get why they have such a good rating. Would highly recommend them just based on the great service we had just for the appointment process.

Description of Work: Ryan was a great guy and knew his stuff. However, we had stated we would talk about it over the weekend. Then he told us we could save 5 o/o if we signed right then. We wanted the discount so we signed and gave him a deposit. I feel this is pressure selling and, yes, we fell for it. Also, on their website they say they will give you a free estimate, so I'm unsure why we paid $55 through angies list for the estimate. They did, however, return our deposit promptly.

Description of Work: The tech assessed my damp basement situation and provided several options for fixing the problem which was exactly what I needed. No high pressure sales, just the facts that I needed. It was a good experience.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 non-egress basement windows with same size windows. Sealed around the windows where the foundation had started to chip/crack away. Provider was on time, friendly, generally clean, and completed the work on time. My only complaint is that he got some spray foam insulation on my basement floor and walls, which can't be easily removed. It was not a large amount, and it occurred in an unfinished are, so not a huge deal.

Description of Work: They advertise to inspect basement and foundations but actually didn't really do those. All they do is to sell you their water guard system. |I can get the estimated for free from any basement services but got charged $49 with complete basement.

Description of Work: Work was completed on time. Salesman said the crew would poly off the upstairs. They did now, even when told of the salesman's promise. Dust then entered the living area when it could have been, should have been avoided.

Description of Work: From the moment I called Complete Basement to the time the job was completed I was very impressed. Ryan was my contact person and walked me through the procedure of stabelizing my foundation that had become bowed. He was extremely thorough and pleasant at all times. I also had my sump pump drain pipes replaced and added a new one. They also buried the pipes and brought them to drain at the back of my property. I am pleased with the whole process and would recommend them to anyone needing their service. The team that performed the work were courteous and extremely careful in burying the piping in the yard. I can not even tell it was dug up. All in all a great job and it is guaranteed for life with the ability to transfer should I decide to sell the home in the future.
