CHERRY CREEK CABINET WORKS

They estimated it would take 11 weeks. It took over 71 weeks. On their web site they have a page describing what you will get if you hire Cherry Creek, It states that there is, ?no more important objective then to satisfy the customer.? That they ?complete projects on budget and time.? That the ?customer input is crucial.? And that they ?deliver unmatched attention to detail.? I did not receive any part of that. I am far from satisfied, they were more than a year over schedule and way over budget. (Even though I did all of the demo, all of the early plumbing, bought the lighting fixtures, completed some of the work myself and did all of the painting myself that was all budgeted to have them do it) They didn?t listen or follow though to countless things we asked for or that needed to be completed. There was no attention to the basics, let alone detail. It appeared to me that this was the first Kitchen remodel that they have ever done. Now they are ?finished?, I?m left with a bill way over budget, woodwork that does not match, holes and uneven spots in the sheetrock, drawer fronts that are not level, a partial wall sticking out of the ceiling they never removed, an unfinished boot beach area, trim work that is not level, nail holes in one cabinet filled with the wrong color fill, basement ceilings in two rooms ripped out that they needed to access electrical and plumbing and part of a wall ripped out that hid the electrical panel. I worry of what else that you can?t see was done poorly. This does not begin to cover all of the problems we had. When we started the project, they told me they may be finished by Thanksgiving. They did not complete the work for two Thanksgivings, Two Christmas?s and most importantly a high school graduation party. Very poor communication from management, very poor workmanship from the staff.

Poor management of project and failure to meet quality craftsmanship expectation. Project months beyond deadline.
