Description of Work: Cambria provides very high quality and beautiful surfaces. They are expensive but well worth the extra expense. My problems occured because of the company's order and distribution process. I selected their product and built my kitchen plan around the countertops I selected. The cabinets, floors, wall colors, and backsplash were all selected based on the countertops. Nothing else was close. Well into the project, after the floors, cabinets and painting was completed I was told that the granite I selected in January was now not available. Cambria was currently not producing any of this pattern for some reason which they would not share but probably because they did not have enough orders for it. I was contacted once by email by a company representative, Sameer Mobin [sameer.mobin@cambriausa.com] but after I responded I never received a further reply. Cambria would not tell me when they would again be producing this style - Kingston although the company website still listed it as available and said nothing about a delay in delivery. My local installer found some of the granite at a distributer in Tennessee but they charged me $1000 over their original cost. (I am still trying to identify this distributer to file a specific complaint about them.) I had to pay this $1000 as well as additional shipping or my project would still be incomplete. I think my experience with Cambria and their distributers shows a poor customer service attitude. I would strongly recommend that anyone wanting to use their products should make sure they have the granite on hand before starting their project.
