 + -1 more1st visit nice guy showed up, sprayed for 30 min, acted knowledgeable, said that the roaches would be gone within several weeks, took our $300 check, smiled and left. Thank goodness for a 90 day guarantee. Well they came out 3 more times, each time becoming more rude and hostile. They eventually refused to come out again if we did not pay $100 per time. They also refused to work with our schedule, they were only available in our area once a month. If we were not available the one day they serviced our area, we had to wait until the following month. Long story short, the Roaches multiplied like crazy during their service months. Since we have hired Adams Pest Control. Long story short in only one month we are at the point where in the last 4 days we have seen one roach. Adam's seems to be spraying miracle poison.

 + -1 moreFor several years, we had him come out in the fall. When it gets cold the mice worked their way in to our old farm house. He blocked a lot of openings that existed. This reduced the number of mice significantly. Very nice and friendly. All the non-excellent ratings are because we tried multiple times to have him come out when selling our house (early 2011). We never heard back. Not sure what happened as he was always responsive before. Years of great service cause me to give him the benefit of the doubt for that one time. We did not live in the Mankato area in the fall of 2011, else we would have tried to use him again.
Description of Work: He came out in the fall. Checked and blocked openings that mice could use to get in the house. He sprayed areas as needed. He placed poison for mice.

 + -1 moreI live in minnesota and lately it has been very rainy and it has been bringing out the bugs in my home. I needed a extermanator as soon as possiable so i called around and checked on prices and who had the most input and advice for my questions. American Pest Control was the best priced and is locally owned and opperated for the past 30 years. When i called the secetary was very nice and put the request though i got a call back within 10 min. I had a appoitment set up for the next day. I was very impressed with the kindness and the knowledge of the company and i have not see any bugs or have had any issues since.
Description of Work: This pest control company was very helpful i made a phone call about general pest problems and i got an immedate response. He provided me with very helpful tips to control the issues myself the future and took care of the problems the very next day. He also took shoes off at the door and was willing to come and do a re-spray at no extra charge if needed. Overall i was very pleased with the price and the complete services of American Pest Control i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for extermanitation issues.
