+ -1 morerice of othersg was from both the roller bearings and He first checked everything and we did find that my squeaking was from both rollers and door bearings, Since my house is over 11 years old he recommended to explore replacing the springs since he had to take apart the door shaft to replace the bearings anyway. I am disabled so I had the springs replaced with Lifetime guaranteed springs. . He matched the price of others on Angie's List
