+ -1 moreI was mostly looking at Kohler products, although they have many different manufacturers. Tom, the showroom rep, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made excellent suggestions. He emailed a list of everything I picked out with all the item numbers to discuss with my plumber.
Description of Work: This is a showroom of very nice plumbing fixtures. They sell to the trades, so you pick out the fixtures and then your plumber buys and installs them.

+ -1 moreI received excellent customer service from the consultants at Ferguson. Tom answered several questions over the phone and I had an appointment with Rhonda at the showroom. The Ferguson showroom is beautiful and it includes working models of shower heads to help you make the best selection. In the end, I decided to purchase my faucets elsewhere, but I'm confident that I also could have experienced a good outcome at Ferguson.
Description of Work: I visited the Ferguson Plumbing and Bath Gallery to shop for faucets for a master bathroom remodeling project.
