(1) The company never completed the roofing work I paid for in full. (2) The sales rep failed to apply for a building permit until a building inspector caught it. (3) The sales rep lied on the building permit application, understating the total of material and labor by $2,700, therefore defrauding the City of Roseville on the price of the permit. (4) After the old roof was torn off my garage, the sales rep told me I had to pay an additional cost for the shingles because he arbitrarily upgraded the shingles. (5) The sales rep failed to provide me with an invoice for the shingles and the supposed upgrade. (6) The sales rep used shingles that were not the color that I had selected. (7) The company has never delivered all the roofing shingles, even though I paid in full for the roofing job. (8) The sales rep failed to purchase and install the top-line gutter guards I paid for, as part of the roofing job. (9) The sales rep failed to provide a written contract, so I had to make notes on my checks and in my checkbook register to explain what each payment was for. (10) The sales rep overcharged me for the building permit and roll-off tub. (11) The company failed to clean up the shingles removed from the garage, so I had to hire some-one to help me haul the old shingles into the roll-off tub. (12) After the roofing shingles were ripped off, and tar paper put on the roof, no further work was done for 3 weeks, and when it rained, the interior of my garage got very wet all over.
