Honey Do and More

From the very first phone call, I felt heard and understood as a customer. They understood exactly what I was asking for - finishing up a remodel job that needed one more coat of paint, as well as installing vinyl flooring on our entry way landing (we ended up with extra from the re-model). They were honest as far as expectations for when the work could be done, pricing, and workmanship. So pleased with working with them the first time, we have now used them again, and look forward to working with them in the future on other projects we need assistance with.

Honey Do and More did a great job for my handman projects. Communication was clear and timely; everyone was friendly and professional; and most importantly, the end result was terrific. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Dave the handyman show up on time was professional clean after the job was completed I'll hire them again.

: I was quoted $200, we talked on the phone and I sent pictures of the project. The price was raised to $569 plus lumber. When Dave came he was nice he showed up early. He then did a few things and left to go get materials. Unprepared. After 12 hours he still was not done. There was dry wall mud in the carpet and lumps on the wall. The second day of a one day job, was a full day, he messed up the light switch box and it is now loose. (No electrical was to be done ) the sanding and mud are lumpy, he painted around a picture on a wall he did not need to paint and it was now the correct color. The trim did not have the nail holes filled in. I now have to buy dry wall mud and paint to fix his job. The final complaint is I was handed a $1672 bill. Triple the original cost. I will not hire to add my bathroom.

Everything was repaired as requested. The contractor was very nice to work with. He was conscientious and very caring in how he left the job He finished. We will definitely use again in the future.

Danny did a great job - he was thorough and asked questions to understand what we were looking for. He also gave helpful suggestions and options. The job was timely done and the cost was fair.

Everything went great. Dave was on time, knew what he was doing, cleaned up any mess and he worked fast enough to justify the cost. Telephone conversations and setting things up with Jerry went well too.

All went wonderfully well! The handy men were very skilled, explained what they recommended and did, and very respectful. I recommend Honey Do and More without hesitation and would work with them again.

I received a quote for the services by email which closely matched a previous handyman's physical inspection quote. Unfortunately he had to cancel due to an accident. By email and voice mail this company stated it would take two guys. There was nothing said about an additional cost. Two guys arrived. One had a ladder but it wasn't tall enough for our garage ceiling. My husband provided them with one of his. Unprepared. After two hours they still didn't have the hole in the ceiling cut properly. It took them five hours to complete the tasks for double the price. These guys didn't know what they were doing. It turns out they'd never done it before. We got a break on the cost but the communication was terrible. There should have been a physical inspection and the double cost should have been communicated clearly. I wouldn't have hired them had I known the cost was double. Quoted two hour base price then $65 for each additional hour, estimated $315 -$380, but charged $800. Yikes!

Troy was very professional and did quality work. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and noticed and fixed additional items as well in the process of completing the work.

I have come to rely on Honey Do. I just keep a running list and call them to come and take care of it. They provide exceptional customer service and quality work.

Jerry was very receptive. Answered emails and phone calls promptly. Sent a young painter named Ryan, he was awesome!I have already spoken with him about possibly doing another job. I would hire them back in a heartbeat!

The frame of my deck was coming loose from some joists. Jerry showed up on time, and did a fantastic job of repairing my deck. I have no doubt this will hold up for some time. Very reasonably priced as well.

Seriously overpriced (200$/hr). Claimed he needed me to understand the hidden costs, including the time for the deck to dry from a power wash. Really?

Service was great! I was contacted timely. Allie was knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and friendly! She arrived prepared and did a great job with the diverse projects that needed to be done. She clearly knew how to take care of a variety of things and gave me a few pointers. I would definitely recommend.

George arrived right on time with a new post (I already had a mailbox) and installed the post in the ground and attached the mailbox. Quick, efficient, and not expensive at all. I'd hire again in a heartbeat.

Jerry was responsive from the get-go and genuinely invested in helping us fix the ceiling mess. He assessed the damage and did a great job with the repair. He was friendly and even offered to give us some tips on how to do some of this type of work ourselves in the future. He has a strong sense of integrity that comes through in his thoroughness and is committed to making customers happy. We'd use his services again!

Jerry was great, on time and ready to go. Fixed three plumbing issues and hung a new man door into garage. Fast and fair. We will use them again.

Jerry did an excellent job of completing our work. The drapery rods were placed as I requested. He was prepared with the equipment needed to do the work. The handrail on the garage step is very sturdy and provides additional safety for us. Jerry is very friendly and personable and does a great job of listening to our requests.

Jerry came out promptly at the agreed-upon time and got to work replacing a rotted-out deck post. We discussed a couple of other repairs that I could do on my own. He was professional and courteous at all times. I would certainly hire him again!
