Shane and Chase at EXCEL came out to survey and repair already existing underdecking that was the ceiling to our sunroom under our outdoor deck that was initially installed by another contractor earlier on and it was leaking like crazy. EXCEL completely re-did it did it right, and greatly improved the quality and the asthetic feature overall. They remained to finish every last detail , cleaning up the area around it in our back yard when they were finished and taking great care as if it was thier own property. We could not be happier! would always go with EXCEL and wished we had found them earlier!

They are pros at what they do. They use top notch subcontractors. If they are not on site, they are just a phone call away They will exceed your expectations. If you are not happy about the work being done. They will make it right.

Bruce contacted us immediately after we logged our request on HomeAdvisor. I sent him a picture of the damage. He quickly responded with a reasonable estimate. He showed up in the time window I requested and finished the repair and overall survey of the roof in less time than I had expected. I would definitely hire Excel Renovations again. Very satisfied with his work.

Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repairâ ¦I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If youâ re looking for an honest company that wonâ t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!

I called Excel after searching here for a contractor, spoke with the owner Bruce, not knowing if I needed a new roof or a repair after I had a leak. He discovered a bad flashing, repaired the problem and didn't charge me anything but made me promise to write this review. Honestly, he could have sold me a new roof.

We just wanted to thank you for the outstanding job you did on our house. The siding looks beautiful. Also, your design program was helpful in picking the colors and attention to the window and door trim gives the house a unique look weâ re very happy with.

They did a small siding repair on one of my rentals for me last week, the price was fair and they did good work.

My roof was damaged last summer from a hail storm. Within a week of getting in contact, Ryan and his crew completely replaced the roof in a day. I appreciate these guys, they do good work.
