The Driver, or pickup person, made a note: drive by at 630pm and the yard waste was not on the curb. However, the yard waste sat from the previous Sunday to pickup day Tuesday at the curb, insight and in the brown paper bags for yard waste. When I called, the provider questioned whether I had put my yard waste in sight for the driver and if I had placed the leaves in the brown paper leaf bags. Did not offer to make it right. But said, the yard waste would be picked up the next delivery day. NOTE: THE 96 GAL WASTE CONTAINOR SAT NEXT TO THE YARD WASTE AND IT WAS EMPTIED. Very disappointing that the driver appears to be unaware of his responsibilities to provide a quality service. Will give the provider a chance to make it right. Since the date of the missed pickup, the driver has made it right. The start of this year, 2015,tThe driver exited the truck and emptied the yard waste container, although it was not at the curb, at the start of the season for yard waste pickup. Honorable. Thus I will increase the grade from a D to a B.

1) During my recent move, they went above and beyond to help with onetime last haul- including furniture- during MN Snow storm. 2) Year round Vintage has provided great, reasonable service-much better than the large national or regional firms used in past.

We liked the idea of them being truly local. They had a lot of discounts so our garbage collection is really cheap than what we are paying. They will actually come up to your garage if you want them to.

I have a long drive way and Vantage does not charge additional fee to come up to empty container. Their trucks are smaller and are much easier on driveway wear and tear. Previous pick up service charged extra - then complained about trees and turn around problems. They also had a couple pretty un-professional drivers. AND, Vantage is cheaper on all basic service. Everyone I have dealt with is very nice and accommodating. Could not be more satisfied.

Their prices are excellent and they provide excellent customer service. They do garage pickup at a reasonable fee. I have a long driveway and they have a small garbage truck to do the pickup. I like that they can get into my driveway easily and not wreck the driveway.
