+ -1 moreI contacted SOS over the weekend and the technician was able to come on Monday night (great considering my work schedule). He was on time (within the 2 hour window agreed upon), courteous and thorough. After he installed the unit in a timely manner (my 3 yr son thought it was really fast) he explained how to operate it efficently and gave tips for optimal wear and tear, very professional and thoughtful (above and beyond if you ask me)! He also left the work area very clean, unlike some install experiences we've had. We would definitely call SOS again!!!

+ -1 moreIt went great! I called on Thursday and they were able to come the very next day. The technician arrived promptly (during the 2 hour window) and was very professional and courteous. It seemed like the work was completed within minutes. The culprit was 1.5 pieces of underwire from my bras and a big glob if lint stuck in the pump. Kind of embarrassing, but the technician was very professional about it:) I will definitely use them again if I need help with any of my other appliances in the future. It is so hard to find companies that are trustworthy and I definitely found one.
Description of Work: Our washing machine wasn't spinning fast enough to get all of the water out and it was making a weird clicking/grinding/whirring sound when it was spinning.
