Misleading

Micah got in quickly and thoroughly cleaned up the clogs.

I was out of town when most of this happened. Micah was very accommodating and very easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the workings of boiler and radiator systems which was great because a number of the places I called didn't even want to get into it when it appeared radiator pipes in the ceiling were leaking. He provided full service from tearing out the ceiling to finding the leak and repairing both the leaky radiator and the drywall/ plaster and lath board ceiling. I only had to deal with one person while out of town. Micah also was able to troubleshoot a 10+ year problem with the radiator system. Water pressure in the radiator system slowly goes down and has to be refilled every month or so. Micah was very knowledgeable explaining how my closed system was open at one point and the modifications that were made resulted in a semi-functional expansion tank. Water leaks out of the system and air gets in. I will have Roark back in to fix this next in order to prevent any more damage to the system caused by internal rusting of the radiators and pipes.

HE IS A VERY NICE PERSON. HE IS A ONE MAN SHOW. HE TRIES TO GET OUT TO YOUR PLACE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE EITHER THAT DAY OR THE NEXT DAY. KEEPS COMING BACK TILL HE GETS IT RIGHT.

This man communicated well with what he was doing. He was very conscientious about his work and presence in the house. He went above and beyond in what a plumber does because he had to re-tile parts of the bathroom counter top. He fixed up what another person had done poorly.

He responded quickly to our request and scheduled us within a day. Arrived and repaired the faucet in the time we agreed to. Gave us additional information on the sink drain that will need some work in the future.

Roark Plumbing's response time to my request for service was exceptional. Upon Micah's arrival, we discussed the projects. He had several questions regarding the faucets connection to the inside of the house that I could not answer. I connected him via phone to my husband, and they discussed in detail the best approach for repairing the faucet. They determined Micah could perform the repair without going through the ceiling in the basement. Micah then provided me with a quote and the work was performed. He took the extra time to drained the faucet for winter for us. Her was very professional and wanted to ensure I was satisfied with his work and service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Micah was extremely helpful, fully explained our repair options and the work he performed, completed the job quickly, and did an excellent job. He left some good advice on our well water issues. He also was helpful, at no charge, in describing the technical tricks of the new tub installation that we were doing.

Excellent response: came very fast to evaluate damage, identified problem and did the work right away. Brought good quality heater, recognized ventilation problem and fixed it. Personable, easy to reach, very professional.
