It was tricky this year because of sub-freezing temperatures the day before and during our scheduled blowout. Warren explained in e-mails precisely what to do to minimize the risk of frozen lines. We followed Warren's suggestions and everything was fine. (I understand that others did not and suffered frozen lines.) We're very grateful for the extra time he took to make sure we knew what to do to minimize the risk. And the gentleman who did the blowout was very professional and explained the ice risk well. We've used this company for the past several years and are extremely pleased with their service. Highly recommended.

They blew leaves under shrubs a few times, and then they did not get back to pick them up until after it snowed and froze. We picked up the front lawn leaves ourselves. The back lawn leaves were left/frozen. We were charged full price and court was mentioned if we didn't pay.

Warren and his crew have taken care of our property for 30 years plus and have been very reliable, careful and responsive to suggestions, etc. Charge below is for extra salt for steep driveway-Warren would give estimates for all of his services which have been reasonable. He does several homes on our street.

Pretty well. The first attempt at replacement resulted in a leak in the water line caused by some careless digging (not too uncommon), but he replaced the compromised section at no charge.

Warren promptly returns calls and was straightforward with information. He scheduled an estimate within a week, was able to quote prices same day for install and for a custom fire pit drain. It was a pleasure working with Warren and his team. They were organized and professional. They were working with very difficult clay and rock soil and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the fire pit drain and our new irrigation system. We also use them for spring start up and winter blow out. Warren is reliable that he will send a mailing and call to schedule service. Very pleased.

These guys are easy to work with and do great work. They keep detailed notes so they always know where shut off valves are. They check everything and keep replaced heads areas clean with minimal damage. They are proactive but not to the point where it’s annoying.

I contacted Outdoor's and More through Angie's list in early August. Warren responded quickly and asked that I call. I did so and we had a discussion regarding the project. Although he mentioned that I was a bit out of his work area, he said he would like to take a look at it and would consider doing the work. I was very surprised when one of his people came over so quickly that same day. I was impressed with their response. I told this person that I was in no rush to get the work done, but I would like it completed before the snow flies. About a week later Warren came over and reviewed what I needed. He indicated he would put some numbers together and get them over to me. After not hearing from him for a few weeks I decided to call to see if he had a chance to work out a bid. I got his voicemail and I left a message to call me. We are now in late October and still no word from them. Not even a phone call. I can certainly accept that they may not want the project after all, but I was very disappointed that they did not contact me and provide the bid, or let me know if they had reconsidered and could not to do the work.

I called Warren on Monday and he was kind enough to fit me into his schedule. It was scheduled for Friday and I was notified that it would between 2 and 4 PM. I was at the house that afternoon and 4 PM passed. I knew the weather was bad so I called their office and got the answering machine. I was just leaving the house when I spotted Jason pulling up. Jason promptly pulled in and hooked up the air compressor to the sprinklers and blew each zone out. He was very personable and very efficient. This completed my day as everything was working according to plan

His team came over and quickly determined that a wire was shorting the system and everything else was fine. I appreciate the responsiveness and his help on this.

We use them for lawn irrigation services and maintenance. They came out yesterday to turn on the lawn irrigation system. In the process they found some sprinkler heads that were not operating correctly and they replaced them. They are responsive to our calls and prompt and correcting any issues that arise with our lawn irrigation system.

It's a routine: in the Spring, before they come, I put back the drain plug they took out in the Fall and turn on the water supply for the system. In the Fall, before they come, I turn off the water supply; they tape the drain plug to the pipe where I can find it. That way, they can come whether we are home or not, and need not enter the house. It's a satisfactory arrangement.

It was good. I like them. I would recommend them again. We are using them still. They’ll come out this spring and open up the lines again. I thought they were reasonable. We’ll continue to have them. I like their availability and their scheduling keeping the time. When they are scheduled, they come. They are open to discussions and questions. I’m very satisfied. I’m not looking for another company. I like what they did.

They came and we’ve been pleased. I was satisfied. We’ve been very pleased with their service. They come out and they discuss things and they make sure that it’s working right. We continued with their service because we were pleased with their service. They worked with us for a number of years because we are pleased with their service. We thought they were fair. They treated us with respect. They treated the lawn with respect. They were careful in what they were doing and they were prompt in what they did. If we didn’t like it, we would be searching for another company. I never called them to complain about something.
