Customer service good with the tech but was frustrated with poor customer service when dealing with other individuals (office and management).

Terminated and deviced out bathroom, two way switched lights, shower light, vanity lights , new exhaust fan, (cans, fan , boxes , lights and rough in 180 feet of wire thru the crawl spaces was by me , I did the grunt work and they did the skilled work ), new gfis in existing bathrooms , two new 20 amp separate circuits pulled to from breaker box , but not connected to the existing bathroom cabinets , installed new circuit to garage with two gfi protected outlets . Installed new breaker for remodeled bathroom This was all inspected by the state of mn electrical inspector. They had initially said $90 an hour but then gave us a lump sum bid. The electrician was on site for about 12 hrs so there was a fair amount of buyers dissonance on our part ,only on the pricing, ....the work was excellent. Next time it will be by the hour, maybe . I feel good about using Milow. in the end the work was done on time and done correctly. That is worth full price to me.
