+ -1 moreTheir price is cheaper and the wood quality is better. They're just really nice good people. The wood is excellent quality. I feel like I get a much better deal with them. They gave me a nice mix of birch and hardwood.
Description of Work: They delivered 4 face cords in October. I had them do it in the garage. After they were done stacking the wood they swept out the garage.

+ -1 moreThey were highly rated when I researched them. I could not understand why they could not return a call and say sorry we have none or were booked with deliveries. They kept me waiting when I could have been searching for another supplier.
Description of Work: I made several attempts by telephone over a one week time period to get an order of firewood. I never got a call back or a message from them; I was completely ignored.

+ -1 moreI liked that Kent had a website. It made me trust that he was legitimate more than I would if he didn't have a website. He was very nice. I scheduled delivery of a cord, and he stacked it. No complaints.

+ -1 moreKENT WAS POLITE AND EFFICIENT. PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT WE ORDERED OUR FIREWOOD IN LATE OCTOBER. IT MAY HAVE BEEN CHEAPER IF WE HAD ORDERED EARLIER.
Description of Work: PURCHASED 1/2 CORD (4' X 12'). HE CALLED AHEAD OF DELIVERY AND STACKED WOOD WHERE REQUESTED. WOOD LOOKS TO BE DRY AND READY TOO USE.
