+ -1 moreWe hired Oleson's Tree Service in January to take down a very large tree. We're still waiting. We have 14 feet of the tree left and they're not coming to finish it. We paid them though. Oleson's Tree Service is a scam.

+ -1 moreOleson Tree Service failed to finish the job after 2 weeks. We paid and then stopped hearing from them. Zero communication skills and poor customer service.
Description of Work: Removal of very large cottonwood tree sandwiched between two houses.

+ -1 moreAmazing work! We don't think anyone else could have handled the work.. it needed the equipment that Oleson's had. And the dedicated manpower. What a horrendous job, and they were there from start to finish without fail. Highly recommended, and yes, we will be hiring again for work next year ! GREAT communication, great to work with, helped us along every step of the way in dealing with insurance, etc.

+ -1 moreExceeded our expectations. They were priced fairly for the amount of work we had done, and each member of the team worked tirelessly. We were impressed with their use of the 75’ aerial lift, and were amazed as we watched the spike free climbing. It was important to have their ISA Certified Arborist on the job. The work involved removing large tree limbs overhanging our pool which was already covered for the season and our patio deck, and their experience really showed. We will be glad to have sun. They also did an excellent job with clean up.

+ -1 moreThe main contact, Kurtis, was excellent. He knows a lot about trees. We have always had great service with him.
Description of Work: They removed two trees, trimmed some branches in our front yard, removed some shrubs. The price included removing three large trees, chopping up a bunch of old stumps as well as the removal of those shrubs.

Description of Work: Unsolicited employee gave my father an estimate of $3420.00 for tree trimming on his property. My father has dementia, and did not recall that another service charges him $800.00 for the same work. At my sister's insistence, he called the service the following day, and said he wanted to cancel. The same employee arrived the next day, 5/25, with a crew of nine workers. My father asked them to stop, but they refused because they "were on the property." They denied receiving the voice mail cancellation. A friend intervened on my father's behalf, but they still demanded payment of $2600.00 for less than one hour of work. They chopped down a valuable black walnut tree, and took the wood. Very little other work was done. Do not use the service.

+ -1 moreMostly good. They agreed to leave the chips from me. They didn't pull down a few cut limbs that stuck in the lower branches. One was difficult for me to remove.
Description of Work: Remove a dwarf apple tree, prune (top) a large river birch, prune another river birch, prune a large box elder tree, collect and chip all limbs.
