They showed up on time and two young men climbed high ladders to get to the third and second levels. They worked well together and the windows look nice and clean again. They were polite and friendly and worked quickly.

Service provider came out to my home to do the work, attempted to up sale me quite a bit. I did not agree and he left and has not come back since. Going with another company.

The boys were wonderful. One cleaned inside and one cleaned out. I have wooden blinds and one of the cords broke when cleaning. It happens that I keep that blind closed all the time because it is in a movie room. It is also hidden by darkening curtains. So I am not attached to the blind or upset that it broke, and in fact it is likely as old as the house. I was very pleased that the men were upfront and honest and told me about it immediately. It could be months before I ever knew it had broken. The work was fantastic. I had no idea how dirty the windows were until they were cleaned. I plan to have this team out again in the future.

Couldn't have been better! Prompt. Friendly. Thorough. They even cleaned the sills. I will definitely use their services again.

It took some time to get something scheduled. They were going to charge us extra for services but they did not charge me since they had troubles with scheduling. They told us it would take a couple of rain falls for the treatment to set in. Overall, they were good work with.

Windows sparkling clean. Screens cleaned with soap. Sills cleaned. Everything done within an hour and with little disruption. Workers friendly and professional.

Provider is unable to service windows that have storm windows. She was able to refer me to another company that might be able to perform the service in spite of the storms, which was appreciated.

Apparently I misunderstood the offer but....I am sure I was not the only one. They will wash your windows ONLY if you do not have storm windows. I have the standard "double Hung" windows and I offered to take the storms "out" so they could just was the windows....but they would not wash my windows because I had storm windows.?!?! This is a Minnesota Company - who in Minnesota does not have storm windows????? The offer did state "no Storms" but I assumed they meant the old fashioned kind....that you took off and put in the garage for the summer and installed the screens(if you could find them)

It turned out very well. They were willing to work with our schedule as we had them do the work the next month. They were very thorough and courteous. They were fast with the work and one person did the inside and the other did the outside. They were very efficient.

Two men arrived promptly and worked well and quickly on inside and outside. They were young and pleasant.

When I made the initial call, I had to leave a voicemail. They returned my call within two hours which I thought was pretty good. They explained how the work would be performed and were able to give me an estimate right away after looking up our house. We scheduled the cleaning for the next day. The crew called to let me know they were on the way. That gave me time to move flower pots, outdoor furniture etc. The crew leader introduced himself (sorry I'm bad with names and don't remember it). He was very professional and had a good attitude. He took me on a walk around the house so I could explain what I wanted and he told me things about the mold/mildew issues on our soffits that I didn't know. So it was nice to learn about potential problems and how to avoid them. When they were done, we took another walk around the house. I was amazed how much better the siding and soffits looked. They even cleaned the garage door. All of the mold and mildew was gone. Thanks guys!

They did a great job. At least two cleaners came out and they cleaned about 22 windows for me. The extra price for the extra windows was reasonable; they did let me know that upfront and asked if it was okay, which it was. They were also courteous.

They did a good job, but felt I needed to watch over them. Whenever I pointed something out to them, they took care of it. The person who did the intereior windows did a much more thorough job than the person who did the exterior windows.

I called and they were very polite and respectful, but they could not do my job.

How clean the windows were when job was completed was surprising.They really did a superior job.Even after dark the windows sparkled.What quick work they made of the task(1 hour and 20 minutes .19 windows on two stories) vs what my wife and I would do ourselves.My wife and I would do a room of windows each week end until the task was competed.We are both retired and cleaning all the windows in the house was becoming more difficult.These guys solved the problem.Some curtains had to be removed and when the crew arrived they told us to sit back and relax.They also moved a few pieces of furniture out of he way and took care of removing the curtains too.Everything was put back in its original location by the crew(two guys).They did it all.I'm planning on having this job done every spring.Very professional and very respectful.

It had been many years since we've had the windows and screens cleaned, and they needed it desperately! These folks did a great job, and I wouldn't think twice about doing it again yearly.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was good. They had to postpone a couple of times because of the weather but they came later. I liked the fact that they had a crew of 2 people and so it went fast.

One technician came out for the service. He was prompt. The service went well.

Initial contact was initiated by me, since I did not hear from the provider as the Big Deal said I would. I have found this to be the case over and over with Big Deal providers and I'm guessing they get "swamped" when these deals happen. Everyone I dealt with from Lion's Share was friendly, attentive--genuinely nice people. Communication was excellent after the initial contact. They did a great job; I noticed they redid a few windows that did not come completely clean the first time. And they were on time. I feel like we're living in a new house. . . a perfect way to reconnect to the outdoors in spring!

They do not do the sills or the edges of the swing out windows unless you pay extra. The glass portion was very clean, and I was satisfied with the screens. When I used to do them myself, I always hosed down the screens.

They were professional and competent and the owner was very personable. He gave me a lot of tips about window cleaning. Lions Share has my highest recommendation.

That turned out really well. They did both the inside and outside of the windows. A couple windows cleaners came out and they brought their own cleaning supplies. They did a quick thorough job and they were polite too.

They did a great job and did a very neat job. I was impressed they also took out all the screens and cleaned those. I felt their prices were reasonable for the work they did. They knew what was best for me to make the cost the lowest. There were two people here doing the work and it took about 3 hours to complete. The windows looked great after ward and I was pleased with my experience.
