It was excellent! Every contact that I've had with the company is always very, very customer service oriented. They are so friendly and super easy to talk to. They always go above and beyond to answer all of my questions and they do not rush me. They are very good at explaining things to you and also are very comfortable with you watching over the work that they do. They are so pleasant to work with!

The windows sparkle. Workers were very prompt, courteous, and efficient. I am totally satisfied.

I have two young children and not enough time to clean windows! I've used Lion's Share before and have always been happy with them. The Big Deal included the cleaning of 15 windows and screens with the option of paying for more windows/screens if you have them. I chose to do this. The crew was on time, friendly, professional, fast, and did a great job. I would be willing to pay a little more for the Big Deal if it included the crew also cleaning out your window sills, Maybe this will be offered in the future. However, I will definitely have them come out again.

The men were punctual, polite, and professional. The cleaning was scheduled easily. But the reason I gave them the overall C is because I had to clean the bath tub in the master because of dirty water drips, most windows sills because brushing the screens left dust and occasional small insects there, and because many of the inner wood frame trims were not replaced properly. I have problems with them sometimes but I expected professional window cleaners to be able to place them. I have also noticed several windows that are smeary when the sun shines through.

Arrived during agreed-upon time frame (called to say they were on the way, which I appreciated). Technicians were friendly, neat, and were careful to check for a clean finish before moving on. I'll use this firm for my spring and fall window cleaning. Great experience!

My 21 year old, cedar-sided home had mildew on many of the exterior surfaces. Lions Share Surface Cleaning responded to my request for a quote within 2 days and gave a thorough explanation of what would be done. Our home is a two-story, with a walkout basement, so has a large surface area and very high gable ends. I thought the quote was on the high side, but went ahead based on the positive reviews and urgency to get the project done ASAP. The technician that washed the house (PJ) arrived at the specified time, explained the process well and performed the wash in a very professional way. He spent about 3 hours on the job and reapplied wash to difficult areas several time to assure the mildew would be removed completely. The result was outstanding! All traces of the mildew are gone and the house looks amazing. I couldn't be happier with the result.

In general it went ok, but before the work started I walked the house with the person from Lion's Share and he explained the way they count "windows". It seems that a double-hung up and down window is "1 window" while a left-right slider is "2 windows" (as is a sliding door) and a bay window with a pane of glass in the middle and a double-hung on both ends is "3 windows". It quickly became apparent that the Angie's Deal I had purchased, thinking it easily covered all the windows in my home was instead going to fall well short of that mark. By dropping some windows from being cleaned at all and agreeing to pay extra $$ for the rest I was able to get most of my windows cleaned. The screen and windowsill cleanings (again, only on the windows they touched) were OK. I think the price presented, as advertised in the Angie's Big Deal, is deceptive without a thorough explanation of what constitutes "1 window".

I have a black roof so mildew is hard to detect because it shows up as dark streaks on the roofing material but the moss is green and easily detected. I have a two story house and the moss was so heavy that it could be seen from the ground. Little green clumps all over the roof. I saw a special price for cleaning the roof on Angie's List so I thought I should have this treatment done.The offer was half price for 1500 sq ft of roof and I have about 2100 sq ft so the price was another $100.00. Two guys came to my house, introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. It only took about ten minutes and they were set up and ready climb to the roof and apply the chemicals. A nice even application starting from the bottom and working to the top. The roof looked like it had just been sprayed with dish soap cause it was white and sudsy looking. As the material started to dry, from the ground, I could see little white dots where the green clumps used to be. The white means that the moss is been killed. Now Mother Nature takes over. The sun will dry up these little clumps of dead moss and the rain will wash them away as time goes by. It only took an hour or so and they had completed the project. These fellows were very professional and did a great job. I'll call them again if it's necessary.

Our phone conversation went okay. He was easy to reach: did not have to wait days for him to return my call as I had to with some of the other window cleaners. He seemed competent, capable. Just wished he had followed up.

We couldn't be happier with the service. Bob and Luke called about 10 minutes prior to arrival and got right to work. They were very efficient, courteous & professional. Our windows are spotless and our screens are clean! When they arrived, I noticed that they also clean gutters so I requested an estimate before they left. Not only did they (in my opinion) provide a reasonable estimate, they were able to do the work right then! I would recommend this provider to anyone and will absolutely be using them in the future.

They were fine. They cleaned the windows like they said they would, and there were no issues with their customer service or with scheduling.
