Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List Big Deal to have 20 windows cleaned for $149. I had them do the additional window in my house for an additional $70. They did a great job and I was very happy with the service.

Description of Work: We had our windows and screens cleaned. They cancelled our first appointment and were 90 minutes late on the day they came. They did call and tell us they would be late. We had purchased a 15 window cleaning offered on Angies List and after talking with someone from Lions Share thought that would clean all our windows. We were surprised to find out that they counted every pane of glass as a window. We ended up having to pay an additional $45 to get all the windows cleaned. A better explanation of what is considered a window is needed.

Description of Work: I continually get emails from Angie's List to rate this service provider. So I am rating them, but I haven't actually been serviced yet. I love having my windows cleaned in the Fall of the year because that's when we do a lot of entertaining. So I purchased the "Big Deal" in early November. Twice, I made appointments, and twice the provider called the day of the appointment to cancel & reschedule. The reason for rescheduling is because they had commercial jobs to get done. I don't appreciate taking time off of work, only to have them call hours before they're suppose to be here and cancel. I am suppose to have the windows cleaned in the Spring now. If the same trend continues, I will ask for a refund. This company did not seem to be interested in working a residential job & I would not recommend them.

Description of Work: Specials was $99.00 for washing inside and outside of 10 windows. I have sliding windows and wanted to make sure I understood what was included in the washing of the windows, so I spoke with a person at Lion's Share to make sure we both had the same understanding. I explained the type of windows I had and the person said with these specials a window is a window. However when the men came they told me that one of the windows was an inside storm window which would be an additional $6.00 charge per window. They did a very nice job in cleaning the windows.
