Lions Share Maintenance

The first pass didn't get the back of the house to my satisfaction so they came back again, no questions asked. A very accommodating and friendly company. The neighbors all noticed the difference!

They were very responsive in getting back to us with the bid, but they were way too expensive. The email they sent was very informative, they explained exactly the process they would need to do, and their price was just too high. They contacted us within 24 hours by email and phone with a bid for the job.

I went to extensive lengths to be very clear How many panes /windows and for for what price, but this then changed on location. Very frustrating and disappointing! The deal I responded to was 20 windows or 40 panes inside AND out On the phone I ascertained that as I ONLY wanted the exterior doing it would be twice as many exterior windows/ panes for the price i.e. 40 windows/80 panes. In effect it was the same as if it had been inside AND out. Makes sense. I repeated back more than once. I wrote down the response. I was well within this for what I wanted doing. I was then offered a lower price for the same amount because it was e terror only. All the better! I booked them When the window cleaners , came they counted individual panes and said the deal for exterior only was 40 panes for the price (half as many as I had been told). It would cost me an additional $80 than what I was quoted! One thing was said on the phone, another in person. I still don't know who gave me the correct price . Lastly, a call from the office to apologize and clarify would have been appreciated : none has been received

good! I would say, though, that they wanted to charge a very high extra charge for windows that had the cross bar piece. I thought that would have been a nice touch for them to do it.

The outcome was fantastic!! All mildew and dirt was removed. The vinyl siding looked like new.

The two workers arrived right on time and proceeded to do an excellent job. The exterior looks new and no damages were done by this method of cleaning. They knew exactly how to do their job and did it well.

They worked with me regarding the time frame to have someone home. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. I didn't know how green and clear the outside could look! I will certainly look them up when the windows need to be done again, and possibly have them clean the outside of our house as well.

There was some confusion during our phone conversation about the add-on cost to clean my windows, but it was explained better when the cleaners arrived. I was happily surprised that the service included cleaning the inside lower window casing. Right at the end, a screen was punctured. It was repaired quickly, returned and installed with in a few days. I was impressed with the cleaners work ethic, friendliness and my very clean windows!

Your two very nice, courteous men did a perfect job. Definitely hope Angie's has the same deal with Lions Share next year.

They were prompt, did the job very well and efficiently. They noticed some damaged stucco I had not seen and pointed it out to me, which I appreciated. Our phone lines went out temporarily and Lion's Share handled it beautifully. Checked the lines, emptied some water that accumulated in a connection box, called his boss to report, said they would pay for any costs to repair. Phone service came back on its own a few hours later. Had a follow up call from Lion's Share to see if phones OK and said again that they would cover costs if necessary. 'House looks cleaner. Good job.

Wonderful! Our house looks bright and clean with all the construction dust and splotches cleaned off our windows. The gentlemen that did the job were professional, thorough and quick and encouraged me to walk through and make sure everything looked good before they left. They took their shoes off without my having to ask for doing the inside of the house and even wiped all the screens, which I didn't expect when I booked the job. I would hire them again without question!

Luke and Chad were amazing! I'll be requesting them next time. They were quiet and polite. Very respectful of house. They did a fantastic job. I kept waiting for them to put the windows back in... the windows were so clean I didn't realize they were already in! I will definitely call them again and refer my friends and family.

Punctual returning my call, offered the price advertised, for a small fee did the detached garage as well.

I paid for the services on Angie's List and they contacted me promptly to schedule. They called ahead exactly when I expected and arrived on time. A crew of two men worked efficiently to clean the gutters and windows. They did excellent work, and though I have more than 90 windows, they were done within 2 hours. Money well spent!!!

Outstanding! They arrived early, talked with us about any special requests or concerns, went right to work and did an excellent job on both the gutters and windows.

They arrived early (and called first to ask if that would be okay with me), and I walked them through the house pointing out the windows I'd chosen for washing. They work in tandem - one person cleaning the outside as the second person cleans the inside so they can catch every little spot. The also remove and clean the screens. The windows look great! This is the second year I've used Lions Share Maintenance for windows, and I expect to call them again in the future!

I received a mailer and gave them a call. The office staff was pleasant and professional, and they were able to get the work done when I needed it, letting me know that I could call back to reschedule if there were still leaves on the trees as the date approached. They were able to give me a quote over the phone by looking at Google earth -- it couldn't have been easier. It rained on the scheduled date, so they showed up the next day, without my having to reschedule it. I shared their name with my next door neighbor, and they will be doing her house next week.

How'd it go? It went well. House looks super clean, including the exterior of the gutters, which had black streaks on them. The two sides of the house facing the street and alley were especially dirty and they turned out great. They showed up around 10 am on a Sunday as promised and finished around noon also as promised. A two-man team worked on the house and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and efficient. Some soap suds on the driveway were the only sign left after they left. Product was sprayed on the roof to kill the moss. It was left to set and not rinsed in order to work thoroughly. The dead moss will wash off in the next rain. I got a quote within 48 hours of my call and they came to the house 4 days after I called to book the appointment. Since this was October, they scheduled the work on a warm day to ensure that the roof product spray would work effectively.
