Description of Work: The 2 men who came to wash my windows did a great job. They arrived on time ( called ahead) and were very professional. There was one mix-up with how the 15 windows are counted (the number the "deal covered") since each window counts as 2 when they are double hung. I did not understand that when I purchased the deal. I had to pay an additional $80 to have all the windows done. That said I was very pleased with the timeliness and expertise of the 2 cleaners. I would use them again!

Description of Work: Cleaned windows and screens on 15 panes. First, they arrived a week early. Then, there was an obvious, palpable, 2-inch, crusty smudge on the interior of one window, probably from some food my 8-year-old had consumed. They didn't notice it and I had to bring it to their attention at the end. They were responsive and professional and fixed it. They also forgot to clean three screens. I caught one of these before they left and they immediately and politely fixed it, but found the other two later (and I decided not to call them back and tell them). Also, there were dirty swipe marks on the exterior trim. To be fair, when I scheduled, the person who scheduled did describe the level of service offered at the featured price, and that a "white glove" service was available for more money. I didn't think I needed "white glove" service, but I did expect more than dirty swipe marks right near our main entrance where all visitors can see them. I don't really want to talk about the problems with the provider. They haven't given me any particular reason to fear retaliation but I just want to lead a peaceful life and feel safe in my house. I really don't want the workers who came to the house to even know who/which address submitted this response. I hope the owner/manager will just use the feedback to help his/her company improve and keep me anonymous to the on-site workers.

Description of Work: I had 18 panes of glass cleaned. Bob arrived on time ( 10:05 finished around noonish) He worked solo on this day. Fabulous job and I just sat back and got time to answer emails on my ipad. I would certainly not hesitate to have Lions Share do my windows plus other services they offer! thanks to ANGIE'S LIST!

Description of Work: LIONS SHARE SURFACE CLEANING cleaned my second story windows inside and out and did a wonderful job. I will surely hire them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the win does on thr main floor--I did not want to pay more to get the upper floor. They cleaned some--but not quite all--of the screens. They did not do any of the woodwork around the windows. They were friendly and polite and were careful not to mess anything up. It was good to be able to look out the windows clearly!

Description of Work: When the vendor found out that the original project was much more extensive then either of us thought he told me what could be done, I appreciated his honesty. I also appreciated that he completed several less then glamorous projects with a good attitude and quality of work to fill the time that I had purchased.

Description of Work: Cleaned areas of roof that needed it. required a 50 dollar up charge from 199 special. overall an acceptable job.

Description of Work: They were extremely helpful. Tried hard to remove the hard water build-up but couldn't do it. They did not charge me anything and suggested to you that I ask for a full refund. I have kept their information and will contact them again when I need a different range of services.

Description of Work: It all went well except that they came at a different time than I had scheduled. It happened to work out that I could be free at that time. They picked up a few additional windows for a very reasonable fee.
