This was the first time I had used a snow removal service and we had a winter that didn't have much snow. I paid a flat rate for the entire winter and I do not think that I will use them again because the cost is more than what I would like to pay.

The company communicated very well and promptly responded to my inquiry for service. I received a prompt quote and response for my requested scheduling time. The company called the morning of the date of service as a reminder and gave an approximate time for arrival "just after noon." However, the service person arrived at 2pm. In any case, the staff was professional, respectful and courteous to all tenants of the premises while completing their duty.
