The contractor couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with; they removed the screens,washed the windows thoroughly, and when I mentioned I was also looking for someone to clean out my gutters, they had another crew member there within 15 minutes and performed that service quickly and efficiently, too. Just excellent, efficient and great service.

The provider was prompt, courteous and professional. He took his time and was very thorough. He even was able to clean some year-old egg stains that I couldn't reach. This was the first time we had the siding (older aluminum) power-washed and it really did look a lot better.

We purchased a big deal and the service was fine. They were here pretty much on time, and they did a fine job. We paid some more, because we had some extra windows cleaned. The two gentleman who came out were pleasant and efficient, and they did their job and left.

What a great company. They did everything as promised and the price was very fair. We are going to use them again for our move-out cleaning in a few weeks. I highly recommend them!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay. I would not do it again because it was a little expensive for us. But, they did the job and did okay. They charged $6 per window, which we did not anticipate. There was an extra charge.

Very personable young man. Explained the process to us and did a great job. Can't do better than that! Plan on using him for our windows next.

He arrived on time. He advised me what he was going to do and how. Asked if I had any questions for him, II did. He explained everything to my satisfaction, very professional. The house looked great when he was done.

The guys were friendly, respectful of the interior of my home and thorough.They came in and we discussed what needed to be done. they got to work and in 1 1/2 hours they were finished. WOW what a fantastic job. Fast fun and friendly!!!

They arrived on time and were very friendly. He did an inspection of the house before he started so that he could let us know of any spots that might require additional treatment. After he was done he had us do a walk around to inspect the work. The house has white vinyl siding and looks new again. Because it was a somewhat windy day he also rinsed off my truck that was sitting in the driveway just in case any soap got on it.

I had to remind him a couple times that we were supposed a gutter inspection as well, it was a 12 point inspection. He just got on a ladder and briefly looked at the gutters and said we did not need a cleaning.

It was good. They bumped us ahead to get the job I needed done. They were very good and friendly.

Windows looked good after cleaning, since that was the first time I was using window cleaning service, I have nothing to compare them against, but the windows looked really clean. The week they came out to clean, Groupon had a deal for half the price of what they charged for the same number of windows, hence I gave a B on Price and A for everything else.

3 guys came to do the work. They showed up on time and negotiated price on some extra services (power-washing) that I wanted done. They were very professional, courteous, respectful of my home, and put everything back the way it was in the beginning. I would definitely use them again. I have a large victorian home with many windows and a tall roof line and they reached "everything".

I have used Lions Share Surface Cleaning before, so it was a no brainier when i saw that my downspouts on my gutters were clogged. Bob was the tech who was sent out. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. Bob explained that the gutter guards i had from home depot actually caused more of a problem then they fixed. I followed the advice of the pros and had the guards removed. My gutters were totally cleaned out by hand, then rinsed out with water. I will have Lions Share back every year.

Two young men came to do the work. I was given a window of time at the time I scheduled the service, but they courteously called when they were on their way to give me an approximate arrival. They were courteous and polite. They completed 15 windows in around an hour and left everything clean.

Went fine. They came, they removed the screens, washed the windows inside & out, and went away. They were pretty efficient. As a general rule, the windows looked great after they were done. There were a few squeegie marks left, but over all, a creditable job. Note: as contracted, they cleaned the glass and the screens. They did not clean the window frames or sills.

They did an excellent job. I was very pleased. They were quick and efficient, professional, on time, and very courteous.

I purchased a service coupon through Angie's List: $99 for 15 windows. Upon receiving the coupon, I called to set up the appointment. Since we were still in the midst of winter, we initially agreed on a date last full week of April. Little did we know of the late snow! Lions Share was very good about warning of a possible reschedule and then confirming the date. It turned out to be only 1 day later than originally scheduled. Although I expected a 9 am start time (they schedule in blocks of 2 hrs), Dave and Bob did not arrive until closer to 11. I called at 9.30 and was told the arrival time would be between 9 and 11. Once they arrived, they got right on it. Splitting duties between inside & outside. Dave was very complementary of the condition of our windows. He noticed a few scratches and pointed them out as well as likely cause (construction debris & use of razor blades). They completed the job (42 windows in total, including 2 glass doors and 3 panes framing front entrance). I would definitely use them again.

A team of two very polite and professional young men arrived at my door at precisely the scheduled time, explaining and confirming with me the work that they would be performing that day along with the agreed upon cost of services. They noticed and complimented me on the beautiful gardens and landscaping surrounding my house. They seemed to sense my immediate concern as they described the pressure washing to me. They went on to say that they would do their very best to assure the beauty and health of my gardens would be maintained. They then asked if I had any specific questions or concerns before starting work. I was pleased that they had taken the time to inquire about my concerns. They answered a few more questions and got to work immediately. In no time at all, they were telling me they had finished and asked if I'd like to check it before they left. Looking at my shiny clean house smelling like a fresh lemontree wafting through the windows, I was delighted. It was obvious that they took great pride in their work and enjoyed seeing my satisfaction. I did look carefully at the landscaping and my flowers, only to find that they had indeed provided the care and concern they promised. It was as if they were gardeners themselves. The clean and fresh feeling of my house going into this long and dark winter really was terrific. I remember how awful my house looked last year against the bright white snow. This winter...it glistens just like those beautiful white crystal snow flakes. As nice as it looks, I'll still opt for winters in Florida if given that choice. In the mean time, I will be calling Lion's Share this spring to assist in the rest of my house maintainence needs. I will be encouraging all my neighbors to do the same.

The guy came and did a great job cleaning the windows. I would highly recommed them and look forward to have them come out again in the fall.
