The company seems to be a very good one with fair estimates.

Birynne, from Lions Share's office, returned our call very quickly. She provided us with a detail of services, and related costs, required to remove paint graffiti from a wall at our property. They were able to completed the work within the week. Along with their invoice, they also provided a 'before' and 'after' picture of the wall. What a difference! We were well satisfied with their work and would recommend them!

Had to cancel a couple of time due to schedule conflicts and the weather. The guys called to let us know they were on their way and showed right on on time. After a review of the scope of work they started right in. The two guys worked well as a team and completed the tasks quickly and efficiently.

The guy showed up right on time and was very nice. Things were done well. I noticed one or two things that needed improved, and the guy literally ran over to fix them.

Two guys showed up on time, after first calling to say they were on their way. They walked through, noting the windows to be done; they were automatically cheerful and respectful. Shoes off as they entered the door to my home, for example. They were swift and skilled. Twenty windows in no time flat! I will be on the lookout for more deals from this company, for sure!

The workers were very kind and did the job as expected. Overall the service was good and was priced decently, with a bonus being that they count sliding glass doors as one window.

Cleaning went well. Techinician arrived on time and explained exactly what he would do and what to expect. He was very thorough and we are very pleased with result.

The two story house has a light color and had a dark mildew build up on sections of the cedar siding painted with epoxy solid stain. He first tested the cleaning solution on a small section of sidng to make sure it wouldn't affect the paint and after finding it was okay did the whole house, going back over the stubborn spots. The job took about an hour and a half with the results the house looks like it was just painted.

I used the Angie's list Big Deal. I wanted to add a 3 very small windows above our first floor windows. They were very small and had no seal to clean (don't open/close). They already had the latter up, so it took almost no time. I was still charged the same flat per window rate (this rate apparently doesn't change based on the size of the window). They were very quick, but I felt the quality suffered. The seals were quickly wiped, but not thoroughly cleaned. The screens were lightly cleaned, but some light debris remained. The worst of it was they very slightly bent two of screens in an attempt to put them back onto the windows. These screens now have a slight opening on the bottom side which bugs could crawl through.

Exceptional well. Timing was confirmed the day before and the day of the appointment. He arrived on time. The process was fully explained during a walk around the house. He pointed out potential problem areas and what would be done during the cleaning process. The process took about 1.5 hours and I was very pleased with the results. My house is for all practical purposes, a three story because of a tuck under garage. When LS first came out in their pick up truck to do a traditional window washing, they said they had a van with a superior sprayer wash method that they would like to use. We rescheduled for the following week. They came out with the van, and could stand on the ground floor and spray and remove the dirt from three stories up. It worked great! I believe my two neighbors are now hiring them to wash their windows.

the entire team was very professional and did a wonderful job. my interactions on the phone with the office were a pleasure, and they worked with me to find a suitable time for the work to be done. I had to change it once and they were helpful and understanding. when the window cleaners arrived to do the work, they were efficient, thorough, and polite. I had them add a couple of windows to the deal I had bought, and it was well worth it! my windows look brand new and it is a pleasure to have them so clean. I would definitely recommend lion's share to anyone. i'm actually waiting for another similar deal so I can purchase one as a gift for my mother.

Service I did receive was good, but was not what I expected. I expect all parts of window to be cleaned, not just the glass. This is the first time I've had the windows "cleaned" in Minnesota so perhaps that's all they do. But, not what they do in AZ. and not what I expected here. The workers were great, I just was side-blinded by the company' definition of cleaning windows.

Owner came out to bid and was pleasant and attentive. The only "extra" we spoke about was some paint removal from one set of windows. He told me that would be extra and quoted me a price for the overall job. Workers arrived on time, however spelled very bad of smoke. When I went through the job with them they were courteous, but told me the set of windows that needed some scraping because of paint would be extra. When I told them I spoke to the owner during the bidding process about the paint on the windows and that I was sure that he included it in the bid, they said it wasn't and added it to my bill. The windows were generally clean. There were some smudges in several of the windows. The window sills weren't wiped. In the past, with other vendors, the window sills were included in price of the cleaning. I forgot to ask about this and thus they weren't cleaned. There was no follow-up call to ask how the job went. I won't use this provider again. I felt there were too many things to try and overlook, especially since the price I paid I felt was on the high end. I am a busy single-mother that works more than full-time. I was hoping to get that extra follow-through for the price.

Lion's Share beautifully washed the interior and exterior of the 20 windows originally contracted for and charged $7 per window for the 13 additional windows. I had removed all the screens from interior of the windows prior to the crew's arrival, and when I inspected their work prior to their leaving, they had replaced all the screens without my asking. I very happy with their work and will use them again.

The technician (I think his name was Trevor) was in contact right away about the job, came out to preview it before the day of service, then came on time or even early to get it done. The house was badly in need of cleaning and looks 100% better. Trevor was friendly, professional, and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. The kids enjoyed watching him use the sprayer. Everything was just great and we'd highly recommend this company.

The two guys that came to house were very friendly and helpful. The worked quickly and as ateam to get the job done. Very pleased with their work adn would hire them again.

Purchased a $99 for Inside and Out Window Cleaning Plus Free 7-point Gutter Inspection. Scheduling was a breeze, they showed up on time, did a fantastic job cleaning our windows. However, there was a stipulation in the fine print that said storm windows weren't included -- which we have, of course. So, a $99 AL deal turned into an additional $129.18. Typical. The stipulation was right there in the fine print, but the guys said that this confusion happens a lot with the AL deals, so maybe a reminder when scheduling would be in order. Otherwise, you have a situation like mine -- where the company does a wonderful job, but because of a $129 miscommunication, I won't be using them again. Hope it was worth it. Also, I don't think they did the 7-point gutter inspection. My wife (who was there) said she didn't notice them doing anything with the gutters, and there was no indication of anything on our receipt.

This was supposed to be a whole house deep cleaning. The girls did do all the rooms I asked them to but I was not sure it was deep cleaning as opposed to light cleaning.
