Lions Share Maintenance

I purchased a window cleaning for the week before Thanksgiving in preparation for company. I left additional money for the storm windows as per the written information on line. They came as promised, but stated our house didn't fit the criteria. Unsure why since they were to clean only 20 of my 42 windows and I have every type of window - screen and storm, no screen, no storm, and no storm or screen.

They did a nice job overall, more attention to the frames would have made it perfect.

I hesitated giving feedback on that, because they did an okay job, and they were on time. The thing I was not happy about, it was a misrepresentation of the cost. I counted the windows before they got here, and we have 15 windows, and they came out and counted each pane of glass as a windows, and it came to almost 300 Dollars. That was my issue. I talked to several friends, and asked them to look at the window, and if they count them as one window or 4, and everybody counted it as I do. I would have been fine paying the amount, but when they say 15 windows, and you go round the house counting them, that is what we have, we don't have 30 windows. Their prices are comparable to other window washing places. I wasn't sure if I should have really gotten it at the price of the big deal, or if everybody was okay with them counting the way they did. They did a really good job, it was just the price. I didn't complain to them, because there was no room to complain. I would have cancelled it, but we were doing something else in a couple of days and it would have interfered with that.

Our original appointment had to be rescheduled for the following day, because another window job took longer than anticipated. This was no problem, because we received plenty of notice about the change, and the guys arrived very promptly at the newly scheduled time. All the windows were beautifully cleaned and looked great! I was amazed by how quickly and efficiently the two-man team got the job done. There was a small patch of mold left on one of the kitchen screens, and the corners of the window tracks were still quite dirty. The track corners are fairly small, so getting in there to clean is a bit of a trick, requiring something like a tiny toothbrush to really get the job done.

Two employees did the work. They arrived on time and did an excellent job.

They were polite and did a good job. The owner communicated and kept me apprised of the time they were coming and asked for feedback. A good company.

They did a good job cleaning but I noticed two weeks later, that they hadn't locked any of my windows after they were finished. Some of them weren't closed even closed and air was coming in causing a draft.

We were very happy with their service. They came within a couple of weeks within purchasing the deal. They cleaned about 12 windows and 2 patio doors that we paid more for that. Two guys came out. One worked inside and one worked outside. They also treated our property well. They stayed for about an hour or less. After they were done, they walked around the house with me to make sure I was satisfied. I also want to add that they gave me the extra price quote up front.

Cleaned 10 windows inside and out. Very good, professional, quick and arrived on time. The were supposed to call me to schedule and never did so I had to call them which was minor. I would definitely use them again, it takes me all day for what the two guys did in an hour, it was wonderful!

They cleaned all windows, upper floors and lower. They were very good and helpful. I was concerned about having to move furniture out of the way, but they did it all!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were absolutely awesome. I promised them I would write a recommendation because I was so impressed. I've lived in the house for 12 years and my husband has owned it for about 20 years and I don't think some of the windows have ever been cleaned. The main windows in the sun room hadn't been cleaned for at least 3 years. They cleaned those up really nicely. The kitchen windows were horrible and now I can see out of them, which is very nice. They did a great job. They were very polite. They were honest and hard working. I trusted that they would get what I asked done. If more needed to be done, they are straight up and let me know up front. I hadn't had the windows cleaned before because I thought it was too expensive so I didn't know what other people charge. They did a lot more work than what I could get my family to do for that price.

We purchased an indoor and outdoor window cleaning package. They showed up on time, did an excellent job, and we will use them again.

Cleaned 15 porch windows (some high) and did a very nice job.

We had the outside of our house pressure washed. The technician who performed the task was very knowledgeable and was careful to explain what |the procedure could and could not do. He was late in arriving due to a flat |tire on his vehicle, but let us know that he would be late. He ended up washing our garage for free (at his own suggestion) due to his lateness.

There were 2 guys who did the job -- they cleaned 9 double hung windows w/ storms & large picture window. I was really impressed -- I can tell you that I will not be cleaning windows again -- for $25 per window (which included the storms) it was so worth it -- they were done in one hour where it would have taken me all day. Awesome job!!

It was perfect. They did a good job and I'm going to have them back in the spring time. I had under the number of windows that was in the "Big Deal" so I didn't have additional cost. They removed the screen and did a good job on the windows. I asked them what liquid they were using to wash because it didn't leave any streaks or anything. I've had other companies out before and there have been just little issues. But, these guys I had no issues with. They were friendly guys. The owner of the company was one of the guys that was out.

Went very well from the scheduling to cleaning. We had to re-schedule and it was no problem at all. They showed up on time and the windows are very clean.

We were not too happy with that service. They came out sometime in early October to do the work. Their deal was for 15 windows at $99 total but when they came we had more windows than they offered services for so we asked them how much would it be to cover all the windows and they came up with $150 more. So we asked them to do the service for the additional amount and they did an OK job. The windows weren't shut tight when they were finished so we noticed when a draft was coming in that all the windows weren't closed properly. It was not done as professionally as we wanted.

My experience with them went fine. They did a good job. They did a few extra windows and so we paid extra above the Big Deal coupon. They were very prompt and I appreciated that. They kind of fit us into their schedule immediately and that was good. I had no complaints.

Two guys, one inside and one outside, fast, clean, and out! Good job!

It was average. They were courteous and went through and did the windows. They were kind of in and out in a hurry and I didn't feel like they did a great job but I felt they did an okay job. Maybe I would use them again but I might try if somebody else would do a better job.

Lions Share sent 2 young men - they were prompt, professional, and friendly. They were efficient and finished within 2 hours - my windows are sparkling even after the rainy week we had.

It went fine. I had purchased one of the "big deal" specials for Lion Surface Cleaning. It was $99 for cleaning of 15 windows. Dave from Lion Share came to my house today, took a look at my windows & said due to the type of combination storms/screens that are on my windows, that he wasn't able to take out the storms & clean the screens/ nor windows. He suggested I contact you for a refund. Dave & Bob were super nice & friendly.
