Description of Work: We replaced old blinds with a combination of a blackout roller shade and side drapes. Debbie was extremely helpful. She came to the house with numerous samples and helped us think through our design. She brought interior design expertise to the job--this was much more than just taking an order for some window treatments. She also suggested some custom made pillows using complementary patterns to the drapes and we ended up having those made as well. They look great and our room is one-of-a-kind.

Description of Work: Aero provided excellent in-home consulting and professional, timely installation. We selected Hunter Douglas top down, bottom up shades for 8 floor to ceiling oversize windows for our family room. We've only had them up for a few days now, but we absolutely love them. After a visit to their showroom, Sally Salter's consulting visit to help with final selections of product, style and color at our home was invaluable. We also sought a quote and consultation from another source and Aero's prices were more competitive and the service was stellar. I would willingly and highly recommend them to others.

Description of Work: WE HAD THREE HUNTER DOUGLAS DUETTE BLINDS INSTALLED IN OUR MASTER BEDROOM. EACH WINDOW IS VERY LARGE (ABOUT 110 INCHES WIDE). NANCY, A DESIGNER FROM AERO, CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND HELPED US PICK A DESIGN AND TOOK MEASUREMENTS. WE WANTED BLINDS THAT OPEN FROM THE TOP AND FROM THE BOTTOM. WE WANTED THEM INSTALLED BY A PARTICULAR DATE AND SHE PUT A RUSH ON THEM SO THAT WE GOT THEM IN TIME. THE INSTALLER PUT THEM UP VERY QUICKLY AND THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. WE HAD TROUBLE WITH THE MOTORIZED PULL MECHANISM ON ONE, AND A SERVICE PERSON CAME OUT AND KNEW IMMEDIATELY THAT THE MOTOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND DID IT VERY QUICKLY FOR NO CHARGE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AERO.
