Aero Drapery & Blind

Our order included roller shades and wood blinds. I was very pleased with the in-home visit and knowledge of our sales person, Sally Salter. I am also very happy with how installation went. And now, after a few weeks with our updated windows, I can't believe we didn't do this sooner! They look so much better! I will definitely use Aero Drapery again for the convenience, quality and exceptional customer service.

We have used Steve Albertson from Aero Drapes for many years to do all the window treatments needed at our house and for the homes of family members. Steve is the best there is at this business, and Aero, while not inexpensive, stands by their work and products forever. Steve came out to my daughter's house, met with her and her mom and went over all the options for dressing up her windows in her new home. Steve's advice and suggestions are always most helpful. He and Aero keep their promises. And when the blinds are available for installation, the installer is first rate too. The blinds are now in place and beautiful!

I wanted to replace a Hunter Douglas shade since it was over 30 years old. I called Aero and a few others. The sales lady was nice, on time and listened to my needs. She matched the color beautifully and did not try to sell me the world. Both the sales lady and the installer were scheduled to my schedule. Everyone did a great job and I will call them again! The price was very good!

We LOVE our blinds and feel so thankful that Debbie helped us chose the best for our money! Paul installed them perfectly. It is so nice to be able to not pull a string to adjust them. They are the perfect color thanks to Debbie! We loved them so much that we couldn't live with the other cheap blinds in the rest of our house. Debbie came back and another order is pending! We figure that we will save money on insulation of the windows in the winter and air conditioning costs in the summer. Not only do they look wonderful, but they provide economical benefit down the road!

From beginning to end, Aero provided top-notch service. Debbie, the designer, reviewed numerous options with me for each of the rooms in my home. Her experienced eye for color made it so much easier to select from a wide range of options (who knew there were so many shades of white!). The installation was quick and painless. Aero made it possible for me to take advantage of manufacturer rebates, Angie's list coupon, and their own spring promotion so that I was able to upgrade window coverings throughout the house under budget and with fantastic results. I am very pleased with the whole process and especially the final installed product!

Kelly met with us approximately 3 times because our home was a challenge for color and we have a large bay window to contend with. She was exceptional and very patient and informative. She was instrumental to help us find the exact type of blinds and color we were looking for. We were very, very pleased with the selection process, the service, the installation and love the final product which are Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds.

Our entire experience at Aero Drapery and Blinds was great! We intially met Anna Cooklock at the Sales Gallery. She then came to our home and her extensive knowledge and expertise of Hunter Douglas products confirmed we were in very capable hands. She offered helpful suggestions for our puchase of Silhouette Shadings for our living room and a Designer Roller Shade for our kitchen. The installation went smoothly and we are so pleased with the outcome. Our home faces East/West and our concerns for the ability to block bright sunlight have been resolved in such a great result. We truly experienced all aspects of great Customer Service and would highly recommend Aero Drapery and Blind to everyone. Thanks so much!

Have been dealing with it since Sept 2013 (5 1/2 months). Main blind in sunroom was different, but we said we would live with it if they sent us the missing pieces to it. When they came, they were the wrong pieces. Also I had originally questioned width of sunroom door blind. But was told that is what was right size. When that came I stated that width was too narrow, plus honeycomb was too big, looking at it from side. The larger was what I ordered, but could tell it looked odd. So I wanted smaller honeycomb and two inches wider. After waiting considerable time, blind came, with smaller honeycomb, but still same width. When I complained that order was still not right, they sent me a form to sign that stated exactly what I wanted. As if I was the one who was confused. New blind was finally installed last week and they all look great. Installer Louie was top notch.

The designer came out within days of my call with a sample book, suggestions and measurements. I was replacing some very old vertical blinds. The installation followed within a couple of weeks. I purchased the blinds primarily for privacy reasons, but was pleasantly surprised at how much they blocked they cold, particularly on the picture window. They look beautiful.

Working with Aero Drapery and Blind was a great experience. They really understand customer service. Kelly Mattson knows her products and has a keen eye for design; I'm very happy she advised my decision. From my first call right through installation everyone was top notch and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!

It went well and I'm pleased with the blinds. There were problems with 3 of the blinds and they came in right away and called all the time to make sure everything was done properly. They were very cordial and very concerned if I had any problems with it. However, I thought they were a little high.

Kelly was wonderful when she came out for the consultation and the guy that installed (can't remember his name) was quick and efficient and got it all done well and neatly. I really appreciate the quality especially now with the very cold weather - keeps my house warmer!

I have used them previously. It went fine. They have good customer service. I have recommended them to a friend.

Installation was at the time promised. Blinds are very good looking. However, they don't darken the room as well as hoped for.The slats can not be turned enough. However, they were not sold as room darkening blinds.

The service was great. I would definitely recommend them.

The shade would not pull up. Pam came once and repaired it. a couple of months later, it stopped working again. She came back, returned the shade to the factory service and they repaired it again. All of this was taken care of at no cost to me.

They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process (consult - installalation) of our blinds. No issues thus far, but given our experiences so far, I would have no concerns with their responsiveness should we have any, No complaints here, we'd definitely go with Aero again in the future.

They provided services in February. We got shades and drapery panels. They have a great selection and a great location. They were really good. The pricing is a little high though. They are very professional and I would use them again.

The pull broken on one of my blinds in the bedroom, I looked for a resource to repair the pull so I could use my blinds, I had left them down for the last 2-months. I decided on Aero because they are close and do repairs. I took the blind in, which is about 6' x 4', for repairs and cleaning, the blinds are a honeycomb weave. It cost more for the cleaning but since they were down, I thought I should have them done at the same time. I was happy with the service, it did take a little longer then expected, about 4-weeks, but they did a good job. I would use them again, maybe for purchasing new blinds or drapes.

We purchased the product from Aero and are very happy with the result. The blinds cut down on heat leakage during the night, and the bottom-up option provides some privacy when lights are on in the evening without completely closing off the room. We were not considering this design of blind until the Aero professional discussed the option with us. She was very professional and knowledgeable. The blinds were received and installed in a timely manner. Although two blinds were cut to the wrong size, the correct product was reordered and installed with no hassle.

Due to installing new windows that resulted in the old blinds no longer fitting, we resized one blind, relocated one blind and installed nine new blinds (one of which was a half circle). Sally consulted with me via phone prior to installing the new window and came out on short notice to measure and price the new/resized blinds. This is the second time we have used Sally for new blinds and she does not disappoint. She provides great customer service and listens well for the needs of the customer. For example, it mattered to me to have the blinds installed prior to Xmas. She indicated that this could be a problem, but kept an eye on the delivery date and managed to make it happen just in time. After the sale/install was complete, she followed up to ensure our happiness. We are likely to install yet more windows in the new couple of years and Sally will be my go-to person for blinds. Awesome service!

She was knowledgeable about the products and how they would look. She was always there to answer your questions or help you in any way she could. I would certainly use her again.

The initial order visit to my mother by Nancy Brown was on May 16, 2012, Aero called my mother on May 21 to arrange a time for the installer to come to do a final measure proir to order. The Duette blinds were installed June 25, 2012. So the whole process from start to finish took about six weeks. My mom paid a deposit of $1,100 at the time if the initial order on May 16, and paid the remaind due to the installer who came to take measurements sometime after May 21. The total cost was $2021.My mother reported to she was very pleased with every aspect of the transaction with Aero Draperys and was pleased with her interaction with everyone she spoke with at Aero Drapery, either in person or over the phone. I am very pleased that I found a good service provider for her utilizing Angies List.

After three wide mini-blinds in my living room were destroyed, I visited Aero to check about replacement possibilities. Nancy, one of their reps, was able to come out a week later (May 11) to discuss options with me. After discussing several possibilities, we decided to just replace the destroyed ones with a similar 1" white metal blind. Nancy was very professional and knowledgeable. She mentioned they would be about six weeks in coming. Three and a half weeks later they were installed by Todd. I had taken my old blinds down, but Aero gave me free installation for using an Angie's List coupon. They are so similar to the rest of the old (also from Aero) mini-blinds in the rest of my house that it is not apparent that they are of a different vintage, which is what I was aiming for. I have had Aero do mini-blinds and valances in my house many times. They always do an excellent job, and I will continue to use them.

They were excellent to work with. The experience was great. The guy came out on a saturday to put them in and took no time at all. The woman that did the consulting was pleasant to work with as well and very knowledgable.
